   I had a great experience at Baker Brothers when buying a watch. The staff seated us down and were extremely friendly, they talked through all the options well and were very knowledgeable and kind throughout the purchase process. We were offered drinks when we were sat down as well. Overall, really impressed with the service and it was probably the best I’ve received at a jewellers! This was my first time at BB as I spotted a watch a liked in the window display, so had no idea what to expect. Would definitely recommend for a personalised and friendly service approach!

   I purchased a watch from Stef last weekend and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I couldn’t be happier with both the watch and the service I received. I highly recommend Stef and Baker Brothers in general to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and personable experience. Special mention to Paul who showed me some very special pieces and was happy to go full watch nerd with me. The new store is also very special...it wouldn't be out of place in central London!    We had the most wonderful experience at Bakerbrothers. From the moment we walked through the door, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, making such an important purchase feel truly special. The team’s customer service was outstanding (Kellie was especially lovely), they were patient, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect engagement ring. The craftsmanship of the ring itself is breathtaking, every detail reflects the skill and passion that went into creating it. We couldn’t be happier!

   I took my white gold rings in for electroplating and my platinum engagement ring to be polished in store. The service was impeccable. The staff friendly and knowledgeable. I got my rings back and they look like new. It was far far better than I had anticipated. If I had known it would be such a dramatic change I would’ve taken before and after pictures. The photo doesn’t do justice to the quality of workmanship. The rings range from 24-18 years old and look like the days they were purchased. Thank you.

   Fenella has really good customer service. I went to Baker Brothers to find a Moissanite engagement ring and got out with a lot of knowledge about diamonds, thanks to Fenella. She spent her time explaining why diamonds are better and which types of diamonds exist. I ended up choosing an Emerald Cut lab-grown diamond with a platinum setting. Her attention and patience were really amazing. Bought an engagement ring and my fiancé loves it! Really nice quality and beautiful. I will get back to Baker Brothers in the future. Thank you, Fenella, for your work!.

   I must admit I've always been under the impression that London was the best place for jewellery - how wrong I was. The service I received at Baker Brothers by firstly Caris, and then Clare on my next visit, was nothing short of exceptional. There is no doubt in my mind that anything I need going forward they are now my go to. Not only do you feel welcome, they are very attentive and professional, and really make an effort to understand and get to know you, regardless of whether you make/intend to make a purchase. An absolute gem (sorry) of a place, very highly recommend.

   I can’t recommend Baker Brothers highly enough, I’ve been fortunate to visit on a number of occasions over the last five or six years and the service never fails to impress. From the moment you walk in you’re made to feel special with a warm welcome from John at the door and the member of the team who comes out to greet you. Once shown to your seat nothing seems to be too much trouble and the knowledge and advice on offer is always of the highest standard. Special mention and thanks must go to Claire who recently helped me source my dream watch, which I still can’t quite believe is mine! Her attention to detail at every stage was amazing and made the whole process particularly memorable. In Claire’s absence Tanya saw to me on collection day, she again was excellent echoing the same level of service, taking me through the details of the watch and making the day a real occasion. Thank you all and I look forward to my next visit!

   Recently visited Baker Brothers after receiving a very strong recommendation from a colleague of mine. I am still speechless and was absolutely blown away by the warm hospitality and amazing service delivered by the team there. They really take the time to understand you as an individual and support in anyway that they can! Jennie is amazing, from the moment I was I introduced I could tell I was in safe hands, her knowledge and experience is truly mind blowing. Jennie took the time and care to guide me through my purchase and make sure that I was comfortable at every stage, and better still I’ve walked away with a beautiful new timepiece for my collection. The team are all amazing, Clare kindly spent the time and care with me in Jennie’s absence, another individual who is a real asset to the wonderful team at Baker Brothers! A final special mention and thank you to John who is always courteous and welcoming and ensures that I feel safe on every visit.
