Just got my ears pierced for the first time here! The experience WAY better than I thought, and I was really nervous! They're having a special this month for only 10 pounds. It didn't even hurt and the staff was lovely. I also very much appreciated the private room in the back so no one could watch me wince :) and it was very clean. Can't wait to go back and get some nice earrings when I can take my studs out.

I went in with my mum (88) today. That was interesting LOL! She got some incense sticks (first time) and she now has them 'working'. She loves them! She will now be buying them for family Christmas pressies. The 2 staff members in the shop were very helpful and extremely pleasant - thank you (I bought a bag, earrings and some incense)

I went on the hunt to town for rose quartz not expecting much success. Stumbled into this shop, not only did I have an unexpected choice but the lovely lady helped me find a pretty stone but a small bag. Looking forward to going back with my daughter next week. Delighted.

i used to love this place and recommend it regularly to people, the staff were friendly and the things being sold are lovely, however the lady who works there now (and presumably owns the shop) refused me a refund or replacement when she sold me a piece of faulty jewellery. her reasoning was that she “can’t take it back” because of the nature of the item. i would understand that - if it wasn’t broken. if it’s faulty, why would you want it back? it’s not like you’re going to resell it surely? point is, she was actually argumentative with me and borderline disrespectful about replacing a £4.00 piece of jewellery. is that really worth losing a customer over? someone who comes in and spends about £30 at a time? very disappointed and amused about that level of pettiness to say the least. avoid buying body jewellery here. safe to say i’m never going back. luckily we have a new hippy shop in town :)

This is a strange but wonderful little shop with a lot of unique and interesting items. The emphasis is firmly on new age crafts with colourful clothing, jewellery and ornaments rubbing shoulders with mystical stones, incense and accessories to help you stand out from the crowd. If you are into brand names and perfectly symmetrical designs this is probably not the place for you. However, if you enjoy finding something completely natural and unique then you will love it here. This is a perfect shop to look for presents and stocking fillers at Christmas but provides inspiration at any time and I often pop in just to see what is new. If you haven't explored All Ears yet then you are probably doing yourself a disservice. Give it a look, you won't be sorry.

Love this shop so much. Such a nice range of silver jewellery and beautiful gift ideas. The lady's here are very knowledgeable on crystals and can recommend some amazing things and the prices are very very reasonable for the quality. They are always happy to help if your unsure of something and most of all NO HARD SELL! 5 stars all the way *****
