   I lovee the rings here. Im a regular and always get my rings from here. The first time i got a ring from here i was told by a worker that their rings dont tarnish and honestly ive been showering with all my jewellery for a year now and they have not changed colour.

   Disappointing Quality and Poor Value for Money I purchased a £135 necklace from this company, and within just 3 days, it broke. I expected much better quality, especially considering the price. The craftsmanship seemed subpar, and the material didn’t hold up at all. I reached out to their customer service, but the response was unhelpful and slow. For a company that charges premium prices, the product quality and support have been incredibly disappointing. I will not be purchasing from them again and would advise others not to. Even giving 1 star is generous. They are scammers, this place needs to be shut down. they didn’t give me a receipt on purpose!

   Bought so many little trinkets and they’re wonderful. The quality for me has been fantastic, no tarnishing or breaking. I have Chanel earrings, a matching Dior bracelet and necklace(which I haven’t taken off since I’ve bought it! Wears well even after many baths), YSL earrings and a load of Cartier rings. I wear all with pride and have had no problem with any. Staff have always been so kind, patient and very helpful.

   Middle aged owner is a tad pushy, sells you the display item and when you ask for a new one she says she just put it out. Not great quality at all. Wore mine for approx 1 month, didn't tarnish but when I went back as the hinge came lose I was told I had taken it off too many times (2 times max in 4 weeks) she said she would tighten for me and proceeded to badly scratch my bracelet. When I pointed this out she knew she had and said yes, I tightened it. When I said I wasn't happy with this, she threw my bracelet to the side and ordered me to take the same one from the display. Very aggressive stance that was unwarranted. Won't be going back!
