   i must say i came here to enjoy a lovely meal, however upon arrival we was greeted with nothing but disrespect and rudeness. our server was named carl and he was very unapproachable and wasn’t friendly in the slightest. he made us wait over 25 minutes just to pay the bill, another note to add is the fact most plates were cleared straight away however in the picture shown they still haven’t been cleared away. this is truly disgraceful and i won’t be returning and the portion sizes were tiny. his attitude towards customers was disgraceful as when we asked for the bill itself he said ‘ yeah in a minute’ in a rude tone. when it came to paying the bill carl didn’t even over and give his thanks for us dining he had to get someone else to do it even though we could clearly see he wasn’t busy. once again when walking out carl was stood at the main desk and didn’t even say goodbye or have a good rest of your day. i won’t be returning.

   Wonderful lunch stop with my mum, relaxed atmosphere and staff very happy to help. Food was spot on, and served promptly. Top marks to Stuart at the bar- really welcoming and knowledgeable on menu, and also Josh for an efficient smiley service. All team keeping the tables cleared, nice and tidy place. Also a pool table here.

   Food was lovely. Getting served to order your food was very slow. Staff we were being served by seemed nice enough but she took ages to ask what we wanted and then took ages to clear plates and ask if we wanted dessert etc.

   We love going here for breakfast. £9 per adult and kids eat free, all buffet style all you can eat. Staff are always friendly and helpful. And its a family friendly atmosphere. But make sure you book a table, as it can get pretty busy on weekends.

   Arrived on a Sunday evening. It was reasonably busy but didn't think it was too bad. Was waiting for our order to be taken for half an hour which then took another half an hour to arrive. At the end of the meal, we had to ask for the bill twice and then was waiting for the card machine whilst waiting staff were stood talking. Don't think I'll visit again. Ended up being here for over two and a half hours.

   Been several times using various offers and 99% of time the service is excellent - very friendly without being overly fussy and the variety of food caters for all tastes. One of the few chain places that i also find does a good sunday lunch. Drinks are very reasonably priced in comparison to other restaurants.
