Dining in the restaurant with friends. Wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious and the service was first class. Gen was friendly, full of personality, and very efficient. Pity we didn't win at the table.
Fabulous food and service. We were a group of 30 on our Works Christmas party. All the food came out together and was of a very high standard. Highly recommended.
10/10 service, the games are good. The staff are respectful and treat you very well. The bar staff were amazing, especially Jason top fella. Served me and my friends, engaged with us . Also had drinks recommendations on standby. Top stuff Jason and the rest of the napoleon’s staff.
Regularly visit this venue for the dine in style food option and we are never disappointed. Staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. Food is always amazing and of a much higher standard than the price would suggest. And you get a chance to win some money too. Always a great night.
We came to celebrate my son’s 30 Birthday. From the moment we arrived the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar staff were great and showed us to our table as the bar area was very busy. The waitress was brilliant too. We went for the 3 course menu which was outstanding. The food was excellent. Great value for money and we can’t wait to come back. Bit of a bonus we even won some money.
We've been coming here for years. Always brilliant food and fun to have a gamble afterwards. Look forward to coming back again soon.
Despite grieving, my friends persuaded me to still come on our booked Xmas lunch out, and I'm so pleased I did. Did me the world of good. Company excellent as always, lots of laughs. All meals (steaks, turkey & vegan options) thoroughly enjoyed and came away with a tenner in my pocket from the roulette machines! Will definitely be back to use our money off voucher in January.
The most fabulous service from the staff and all of the catering team. The restaurant has a such a first rate, attentive atmosphere and all of the waiters are so friendly and personable. Thank you so much for having us! I have eaten here twice throughout the festive period and the fine dining options have been super. Bar/late food always great alternative, served to such a high quality and so affordable. ❄️
Flawless service and excellent food. I went with the family to Napoleon’s Hull, and the service by the restaurant staff was impeccable. They followed up after every course and asked when we wanted our desserts. Food was done to perfection. Everything from the booking process, to the restaurant to the drinks was great. The only thing I would say is ensure everyone does have some ID with them. I had an elderly aunt with us who didn’t have her bank card and needed another form of ID - all people present do have to prove their identity. We would happily come back again and my family are still talking about how good a night it was a few days later! You guys definitely left an impression! Thank you and see you again!
Well this casinos restaurant is raved about so wife & I decided to go. Our first impression was confusion as the three receptionists bombarded us with questions on who registered and how. Once we got that sorted as wife applied but for me, we proceeded to the restaurant. A polish waitress walked passed as we waited and we said hello, she said 'Yes' very abruptly so we said we would like a table , how many for.? Mmm let me think, yes 2. From here service went down hill. We were seated and had to ask if we could have a drink 15 minutes later. Now there were 3 young girls just standing chatting at the till. We were having the 'dine in style' and wasn't asked what free drink we wanted. We then had to ask a waitress to take our food order. I said we wanted a bottle of wine with dinner and ordered a decent mid priced one. The starters came and no wine so we had to chase this up. The waitresses spent their time chatting at the till, they didn't scan the customers or walk round asking if anyone wanted anything. A table next to us had some ingredient issues and the waitress was clueless and asked the chef 3 times. Brining samples each time. There was no obvious restaurant manager or supervisor and the service was appalling considering the type and quality of establishment. The food however, was fantastic. So good. Well seasoned and fresh. Beautiful. Home made banana and caramel pudding that was so light and tasty. Had some fun on the roulette as had £10 of chips and a fiver for the slot machines. We set a spend limit over this and stick to it so didn't loose a mortgage payment but had a great time. The meal with 2 bottles of wine and our free gins came in at 95 pounds for the two of us. 35 of that was the wines. Fabulous meal, great fun but service was dire. We will say it's one of the most cramped casinos we've been to with tables tight against each other and lots of guys throwing chips on several tables and hanging round to the point we were confused and concerned. So minus 1 star for cramped tables and minus 1 for bad service. Btw: wife works as head waitress in a restaurant so knows the business.
