Best fillet I have had in years. Cooked to perfection. Would recommend to anyone. Great selection for drinks and prices reflect the quality.
Gatsby's Bar and Grill is an excellent bar and restaurant with a stylish design and superb service. There's a focused menu offering some great dishes. The mushroom pasta was excellent and all of the dishes I observed were well prepared and of a good standard. Service was fast and very attentive and if you're in the area I highly recommend a visit.
Always busy, but still get a warm welcome on arrival. Get offered drinks before seating which i personally like. The food here never dissapoints, the Steak is on another world and highly I recommend the Dumpling starter.. This restaurant is a great asset to the area, credit the management and staff..
Dropped in on a bit of a whim on a wet Monday evening - we were accommodated without issue and well looked after by the attentive wait staff. Huge selection of alcoholic drinks but not such a wide selection of non-alcoholic beverages and, unfortunately, the hot drinks machine was broken at the time we visited. The lemonade and diet coke were verging on being flat. The food, however, was excellent. We ignored starters to have room for dessert and I'm glad we did because the portion sizes for the mains were epic! Despite this, we (foolishly?!) ordered dessert and left feeling very full and very happy. Slightly loud background music but not overly intrusive.
Delicious. Great menu, great quality food, really good variety of both food and drink, and the service was brilliant. Every dish we saw coming out of the kitchen looked so good, there wasn't anything I wouldn't of eaten. The decor and atmosphere of Gatsby's is also very good. The owners have really done things right. The lavatories were also in really good condition too. They were clean and the door had a working lock, plenty of loo roll too with a nice handsoap. We absolutely will be going back again and i highly recommend anyone wanting to go to book a table to make sure you can definitely get in!!
Had Sunday lunch with the Mrs: food was very good 2x courses £20 plus drinky poos. Good service nothing to gripe about tbh. Nice and local which is really handy.
What a great place! Very welcoming and friendly staff. I popped in with my Wife at lunchtime and immediately felt like I was a local. The bar area as you first go in was well stocked with a wide range of beers and wines. We decided to have lunch and thoroughly enjoyed the food. Very generous, superbly presented steak with vegetables on the side. Actual, what I would call proper chips, (subjective, but to me a chip should have 4 sides and be 10mm thick). The steak was cooked perfectly as asked. My wife had Katsu chicken which she tells me was simply delicious. Overall a great find on a rainy Thursday in March, next time we will be almost certainly having a desert.
Gorgeous place with really friendly staff. We visited Christmas morning for a drink and were given oysters, our puppy was also treat to a marrowbone. Would highly recommend!

The decor and atmosphere is lovely and something completely different to what Barton had on offer before. The food is incredible, great portion sizes and tastes amazing. The staff are so accommodating and nothing is too much for them. Lovely place to pop in for a drink, with cocktails available, or for lunch/dinner. Truly a great addition to Barton!
