   The best experience one could wish for! We commissioned a bespoke Engagement ring through Lockton Design Studio and from start to finish we were cared for. I was kept up to date through all stages of the design and manufacture. Privacy was also respected so as not to ruin any surprises through social media etc. Chez displayed such professionalism twinned with immense passion and excitement from concept to finished product. She helped us to understand so much about what we were getting along with intricacies about diamonds, gold and jewellery in general. Her knowledge was inspiring and made you feel like you were in the best hands. We absolutely love the ring and everybody that gets to see it commends the ring and the maker.    Really pleased with the ring Francesca redesigned for me with a sentimental diamond. Francesca helped me design a much more timeless band, providing photos of the ring design and measurements of the band to approve, ensuring it was exactly what I wanted. Incredible attention to detail, and customer service that has been everything you could ever wish for and more.
