   Found the perfect gift from a good range of jewellery and had great customer service from Siobhan.

   Poor customer service in-store. Bought a pair of hoop earrings, when i got home, realised one of them was not clicking shut and therefore insecure, i stopped wearing it as it would inevitably fall out. When in the shop, it took 2 ladies to come over and help (?) One of them just bent the hoop and said she's fixed it. Another staff member (Nisha) joined when I asked if i could exchange the earrings like-for-like, Nisha said no because her colleague has 'fixed' it. I said fine and accepted this. I then asked Nisha (as she presented to be the superior, but said she is not a manager) if she can just initial my receipt to show one of the earrings had gotten loose because if it should happen again when i'm wearing them, the loose one could fall out and get lost through no fault of my own. She replied, no, but it will be on the system. What system? She hadn't accessed any system, she had not even asked my name!! I had to argue with her for her to eventually concede and write on my receipt that they had to fix one earring. However, she still stressed that should it get loose and drop out, they cannot help me if i return to the store with only 1 earring. This is despite me asking for a replacement pair. Shoddy customer service. This was a cheap pair of earrings for everyday use but you still expect to get decent customer care. Won't be visiting this store again.

   They have very bad staff. I not recommend this shoop They dont have care about clients ,not kind staff . We needed to wait 30 min after they told us they can't help with size ,4staff checked 30 min if we can have s size ring or no. Increddible But before they told us they have just we need to wait. When I asked why they told for us in beggining they have they cant explained was really poor service

   The scruffy lady who opened the shop shutters (late btw) decided to stand right behind me, arms crossed without having the basic customer service manners to approach me… I turned to tell her how much I liked a certain necklace and would like to purchase, she just looks at me and says with her awfully smelly breathe ‘ah’ and walks off. Poor service.

   I bought two items online and was very pleased with both items also the speed of delivery. I made a mistake of paying for one item twice but a quick call my payment was quickly refunded. Very happy with the service and quality of items purchased at very reasonable prices would thoroughly recommend hence the five stars.

   I've had great experiences shopping here, the staff are all very helpful and the jewellery is great value, especially the diamond rings which are of the same high quality you expect from a high end jewellers, for half the price. The store is kept clean and is convinient to get to, being in a shopping centre. Would definitely recommend for presents, bridesmaids jewellery or engagement/wedding rings. Having done price comparisons with other jewellers I know you can get the same jewellery much cheaper here.
