   Hollie and her team worked with me to create my perfect wedding dress! I can't have been an easy customer as I think I changed my mind and got concerned about ideas, but Hollie's reassurance along the way helped put me at ease! Hollie created a unique dress which suited my style perfectly. Hollie and the team also created a beautiful personalised veil complimenting the wonderful dress. Thank you all!    If you truly want a personal and unique experience when creating your dream wedding dress this is the place to come to. I went in with an idea of what I wanted and Hollie helped me to create a dress that was far beyond what I could ever have imagined. From trying on the different dresses in their shop and finding the different elements I loved, to trying on the twirls of my dress and seeing what the dress was starting become, to finally seeing the final dress was a magical experience. My dress needed to work with wearing a sword with a sword belt and Hollie was able to adapt and make changes to the dress to work with this. At every stage I was made to feel special. Everyone commented on my dress and said how perfect it was. I wish I could do the whole experience over again it was better then just trying on a finished dress hoping to find that 'perfect dress'. For you one special day this is the way to make it even more special with a dress that is completely an utterly your own.

   I had the best experience at the Wedding Workshop to get my dress altered to fit me for my big day! If you’re looking for somewhere to get your dress altered, then look no further!! Danielle was amazing at offering suggestions and tips to having my wedding dress fit my body and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. Communication was flawless and my dress was ready with time to spare. I was given several options as to how my dress could be altered and what would work best for me and my needs on the day. By the end of the alterations you could not tell anything had been done to it!! I was able to have my dress hung up and left at the shop until the night before the big day to help keep any creases out and it flow beautifully. We were given lots of helpful advice for when I eventually got into my dress on my wedding day, including how to take it on and off, as well as doing up the back. Cleaning of the dress afterwards was done in the time given and we were able to pick it up when I could, and was very kindly given a sketch of my dress, which I will treasure forever. Thank you so much ❤️

   Hollie and the Wedding Workshop team.... What can I say! I will never be able to put into words what a magical experience it has been to have my wedding dress designed and made by yourselves. When we began planning our 'New Years Eve Wedding' I had very little idea about what I wanted my dress to look like. From my very first visit, you made me feel at ease, listened to all of our plans and designed a dress that could not have been more perfect! With 'three dresses in one' I was able to have a beautiful traditional gown that had the perfect nod to my Mum's wedding dress, the train off for my first dance so that I could enjoy every moment with ease, and an incredible New Years Eve party dress with a splash of sparkle and colour to match my bridesmaids! Not only did you make me a wedding dress that was more special than any I could have ever imagined, you also brought the whole look of our wedding to life; making parts of my bridesmaids outfits, my Mum's beautiful dress, getting all of our hair pieces made, recommending and customising shoes and even helping with ideas for the boys outfits too! As an only child, getting married was so special, not only for Nick and I, but our families too. You truly gave us an experience we will never ever forget! You are amazing, thank you so so so much!    From my Mum, Margaret: Hollie and the 'Wedding Workshop' team, what can I say, WOW, and thank you, thank you, thank you! I was so incredibly excited about our daughters forthcoming marriage and loved going along with her to the Wedding Workshop to look at dress designs and then for her dress fittings. It was always such a lovely personal experience for us all. My only concern about the wedding as it got closer was what I 'the mother of the bride' would wear! The more I looked around the less I liked!!!! I happened to mention this to Hollie one day and she answered "I will make your dress". It was so amazing, the exact dress design I wanted in my chosen fabric and the absolute perfect fit. I wore the dress from midday to 2am (a New Years Eve wedding!) and I didn't know that I had it on! Hollie added the perfect detail to the dress, had my bag made in the same fabric and even recommended a milliner to make my hat, providing fabric for her too. It really was more than I could ever have imagined so thank you so much Hollie. I had so many compliments on the day and since. Thank you Hollie for your guidance, for giving Victoria and I an amazing experience, for our unbelievable dresses and for helping to make Victoria and Nick's special day perfect for us all. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Wedding Workshop, not only for a bride, but for anyone looking for a truly special outfit. We will definitely be along to see you in the future!    Hollie and the team are absolutely wonderful. A 5 star service from start to finish. From the initial consultation, Hollie expertly guided and advised me based on my initial ideas, then through the process was professional, friendly and knowledgable. You feel so involved in every step of the dress development and the finished product was incredible. A personalised and bespoke service for the price of most 'off-the-rack' wedding dresses - could not highly recommend enough.

   I went to the Wedding Workshop knowing I didn't want a 'normal' wedding dress, and a few ideas of things I liked but not much else. Over the course of a few consultations and visits the amazing team turned my vague ramblings into a dress I will always cherish. Perfectly made, beautifully crafted - the one of a kind, hand dyed ombre dress, with a detachable train they made fit perfectly and made me feel fantastic! I can't thank Hollie and the rest of the team enough and wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone looking for a custom-made outfit.

   Dress Magicians I originally went to the Wedding Workshop to have a dress taken in, this was done with great skill and care. After covid hit and wedding cancellations, I was then in the market for something a little more casual, and went for a wedding skirt. I described what I was thinking and sent a few pictures, that were similar but not quite what I wanted. Danielle understood exactly what I was thinking, and made the most beautiful piece, which was casual and beautiful for the wedding event we had planned. One more date cancellation and an unexpected pregnancy, the skirt needed adjustments, which were once again completed with skill and care. I cannot recommend Danielle and Hollie enough! The constant unknown of covid, the beauty and skill of their design and work, and flexibility in the pandemic made an awful situation, much, much more bearable. I'll be back for any adjustments, when we get to do our day properly!
