   One staff member - old with blonde/grey hair, very rude, doesn’t seem to like her job. Miserable and not friendly one bit. Mucky looked myself and my family. Worst attitude. One young lady with dark black hair is very friendly need more staff like her!!!

   I seem to get overcharged every time in some way or other. Agree with the other commenter about inconsistency. Service with a smile isn’t really a thing here.

   What annoys me is the inconsistency. I can go get a large bacon sausage and tomato sandwich. In that I usely get 3 sausages, then other days only get two. What is it depends on which way the wind is blowing?

Rude takes being a jobsworth to a whole new level likes to embarrass the customers for asking to use a blue light card like the discount is coming out of her own wages .not the first time either that I've been spoken to like a child from the same staff member

   Top bakery brilliant staff, have most things available in a cooplands, I really like the large applepies which are not always available at most cooplands they are here! Save me some tho!!

   They do a superb hot sándwich choice and a cappacino for £2,amongs many other choices. A regular lunch time hangout for myself. And a loyalty card after 10 sándwiches you get one free, bonus.
