    Sent my phone in for a screen repair, they sent back a reconditioned phone which developed a screen fault under the screen.zero damage,no cracks,no drops nothing.now they are refusing to repair the phone under their warranty and want me to start a new claim which means I have to pay another 75 pound excess. For a problem I never caused Abs if you appeal their decision they investigate it themselves and guess the outcome of that appeal. Absolute crooks

    Avoid insuring anything with Assurant, unpleasant experience, unprofessional, no customer service, do NOT meet the simple criteria of customer satisfaction. I have phone insurance through Halifax, my phone had water damage on 24th Sep, I claimed on the 25th Sep and I’m still waiting for a decision on my claim. I have sent proof of ID, address and proof of purchase, I’ve even had to contact EE, so I can have it in writing when my phone was last used, apparently I’ve been told my name has red flags on the data base. I’ve never been in trouble by the police or anyone but today an insurance company is making out I’m a criminal. I have insurance, all I want is my phone to be fixed. Today I’ve made contact the company, I have to wait 3 working days for them to review my documents, I have been without a phone for 3 weeks and still I’m been told to wait longer …………

    Assurant provide mobile phone cover for Nationwide Building Society as part of its flex account offering. My daughter dropped her phone and it cracked the screen as well as damaging the frame. The phone was returned with a new screen but the frame has been filed down using a metal file (you can see the lines where it's been filed) leaving it rough enough for it to pull clothing and scratch skin. It took over 2 weeks for a complaint to be assessed and now my daughter has left for uni with the phone. They now have asked for it to be returned for assessment. I cannot do that as she needs a phone. Sadly this Company has done a poor repair and been too slow to respond. I've now missed the opportunity for this to be corrected. I do not recommend Assurant. I will be lodging a further complaint to Nationwide

    Worthless Warranties! Bought a used Tesla Model 3, and it came with an RAC warranty from the garage. On the first day of ownership I found out I was unable to DC charge the car. Ended up getting it diagnosed and fixed as the HV 3 phase cable needed replacing. This useless company then refuses to pay for the work as it’s not integral to the EV system. How is not being able to charge an EV not integral? Absolute idiots. Avoid them at all costs! Edited to add, having spoke to them, there is absolutely nothing that they cover on an electrical vehicle! They don’t cover any batteries or anything electrical! So what on earth is the point in paying for a warranty on an electric vehicle with these cowboys?! Absolutely unbelievable!

    This is quite possibly THE worst insurance service I've ever encountered. If I could give a zero, I would. It would seem a LOT of people see things the same way! So far my claim has taken 8 days (will be 9 days tomorrow morning), I have heard NOTHING from them, even after previously sending an email. After looking into the 'service' further, it would seem their repairs are shoddy, they send back faulty phones, use unlicensed and non factory parts. Try to use Ts and Cs to cover themselves and all round pass the book for bad service. If you don't want to not have your phone, you need to drive to a repair centre. Your phone will be given back with no data on, nowhere is there a mention of replacement? Lloyds bank have made a massive mistake in using them for their insurance that's for sure. I would not recommend this company to anyone. 0/10 Avoid like the plague.

    Worst Insurance Company iv used. Instant cancelation. Initially had a phone repair from them around 2 months ago, phone was fixed and back with me within a week. They sent me a faulty screen that would bug and after 60 days it went black & would not turn back on. (6th Nov) I then sent it off with the 180 day warranty that the repair came with. After 8 days i hadn't heard anything so i called them. They told me my warranty was void due to a small crack on the back which was completely unrelated. The woman was extremely rude. I ended up paying another Β£75 excess even though i was sent faulty parts as i had important uni work due and needed my phone back asap. (14th Nov) I was then told my phone would be back with me in 1-5 working days. (21st Nov) 1 week later still no phone so i then phoned back asking where my phone was and they said that they sent the email to the wrong factory and they hadn't even looked at my phone yet! It had already been over 2 weeks with no phone leaving me unable to access my university emails or submit any of my work. i told them that i needed my phone urgently the first time because of this. (24th Nov) I received an email to say that my parcel would arrive tomorrow, when i checked the details it said it was to be delivered to my old home address over 100 miles away! When i changed my address on the account on the 6th Nov on the initial claim, with the man confirming that the phone would come to my new uni address. He then said that they would have to relabel and reroute the parcel to the exact same address he made me list on the phone to him to confirm my identity! He said this would take an extra 3 days. This means my more than likely still faulty phone will have taken 3 weeks (21 days) to arrive back to me, when it should take 1-5 days. The worst customer service experience I have ever received with the rudeness and laziness of staff. I am now 3 weeks behind on university work, leaving me unable to access finances and emails, missing important doctors appointments and several important phone calls. Never in a million years would I recommend anybody to use this service and i will defiantly never use them myself again after this. 0 Stars

    What a terrible service, I get mobile insurance with this company via my bank. I lost a phone, they sent a replacement which was faulty and unusable, I called to get a new one sent out, they need the current one back and will take 1-5 days to process that before they eventually send a new phone out. Firstly, phones should be fully tested before they’re sent out. Secondly, in this day and age where everyone uses their mobiles for work etc how is it feasible for someone to be without a phone for over week? Shocking service. Avoid

    Very poor service and quality of repair. Changed the colour of my iPhone from black to white. Used non genuine parts for the repair. All covered in their terms and conditions so they won't do anything about it other than invite you to waste more time complaining. Avoid if possible.

    Worked for this company for nearly 5 years, to start with they were good and looked after the staff. Until about 2 years ago… they turned horrendous! They had new team leaders and managers who didn’t care! They have no consideration for mental health even though they were β€˜mental health first aid trained’ I raised a complaint about a colleague who continuously bullied me. This compay are complete bullies, when you do progress they knock you down at the first hurdle, they go against all their values and policies, no doubt they will come back and try to justify this review because they think they are above the law with legal terms. No support and lack of experience from all management.
