   Jayne is the nicest person and always answers my emails quickly when I was asking about the baby I wanted to order. Ordered once 2 years ago and now waiting for my second baby. 100% gonna collect from here. I understand when people say they feel their being watched in the shop, but im sire its not for a bad personal reason. It's just these dolls are delicate pieces of art and unfortunately there are people in the world who are crooks but if you know you're not, dont take it personally. 100% best doll shop ever

   Rubbish company never received anything other than my order was processing. I rang they said my order isn’t in stock? Why are they selling it online it it isn’t in stock. They need to do better will never order from them again. First and last time

   Sent several inquiries thru the “ Contact Us” that went unanswered. It was crucial to know the particular information I was asking. I ordered 2 weeks ago & have received one email that the order is “ processing” but have no tracking information, which I’ve repeatedly asked for. The communication from this company lacks greatly. Because of this, I ordered a companion doll in the states to go with the doll kit I ordered from them for which , without a quick resolution I will have to return the companion doll kit and get refund and possibly return ( if it ever arrives) and pay massive postage to do so. Very disappointed.

   But if a bumpy start with my first order, but after contacting to find out where it was (one of the items in the starter kit was out of stock so she was waiting for more) she send it out without the missing item and said she’d send that when in stock, which has now arrived. The genesis reborn starter kit was amazing, very comprehensive kit, this would see any new reborner well on their way. Very good selection of colours and bits of kit. Have had a second order since with no issues. Will be back for more supplies as needed. Thanks

   Hardly anything is priced up and you are watched all the time like a potential thief. Didn't feel very comfortable. That aside, the fact that you could go and pick up what you want without having to wait for it to be received in the post was great. WARNING FOT THE DISABLED - There is no disabled parking and access is definitely not disabled friendly.
