   Great selection for a variety of crafts. Great for all ages too. It's not the cheapest though but generally good quality. Used to have an accessible upstairs but seem to have cornered that off. Location of this one is in the retail park which can mean difficulty parking during busy times.

   I have just been into Hobbycraft in Stevenage, Herts. Admittedly I haven’t been for a while, I was so disappointed. The whole shop just seemed a mess, the upstairs looked like a storage area. They had very little of anything. I hope this isn’t a reflection of all Hobbycraft shops?

   I went in 10mins to closing time. The lady at the till didnt allow us to buy the helium balloon said she doesn't have time. Saying no was fine but she said no with a lot of attitude. She could have stated why not return tomorrow or another day.I felt this was poor customer service. I guess she may have had a long busy day.

   Nice store with a good range of products. Was personally disappointed that they didn't have materials for backdrops. Also some of their products are quite expensive. I've always found the staff in the Stevenage store to be courteous and reasonably helpful.

   Not to get helium inflated balloons Got there for welcome baby balloons and after queuing to be served, we got balloons that lasted only few hours All balloons where spread on the floor by the time we need to celebrate Never again
