   I visited your store today and had trouble getting my Poundland app to work at the till, an extremely helpful lady - member of staff offered to help me and I said to her not to worry about trying to sort my phone as there was a big queue behind us, but she said no I want to help you , bless her she was so patient it took almost 10 mins. I don’t know what her name is but I would like her manager to recognise her for her good deed, as like all the staff in this branch who all seem to be friendly and helpful making my shopping experience pleasant. My receipt number is 28921 time was 11.12 13/12/24 Thank you Sue Crook

   Not a bad place to shop and especially now they have installed freezers and chillers so selling frozen and chilled foods at a fraction of the price at supermarkets. Staff very friendly and helpful. Always packed full happy customers and quite right too. Good selection of clothes. Again good value. So glad you exist Poundland.

   Ok! Always stocked up when I go in, place is clean. BUT I know you people are busy stocking shelfs but when we as customers as you supervisor a question we do not want to be bummed off, but if we ask a colleague we get a great response, now I know one supervisor is helpful, but the rest need a bit of work, it's showing the colleagues a bad way how to do your job. Well done colleagues I'm very happy for you.
