   I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the management and operational standards at this One Stop location. My recent experience was highly unprofessional and suggests a lack of proper training and accountability. Specifically, at 1:00 PM, the staff abruptly attempted to close the post office counter. Instead of managing the transition professionally, they forced customers out of the entire store, claiming they needed to close for "five minutes." This is an unacceptable way to treat patrons and reflects very poorly on the brand's commitment to customer service. Furthermore, the store’s cleanliness and general organization are far below expectations. The environment does not feel welcoming or well-maintained. It is clear that a change in management or a complete overhaul of the current staff is necessary to bring this location up to standard. I hope the regional management takes these concerns seriously, as the current level of service is irresponsible and disrespectful to the community.

   Really unhelpful Young guy on the front desk re Yodel service. Said the machine was broken in the morning but didn’t check if it was available nor offer any assistance in the pouring rain. Then proceeded to serve a customer who was picking up a parcel for the same service! Ridiculous. He then left the whole checkout area unsupervised for ages. Awful customer service.

   Great to have this convenient shop, assistants are helpful despite having to juggle stocking shelves and running the small Post Office at the same time as serving at the till. Lucky to have such a great service on the doorstep. Big thank you to the great team.

   I've been a loyal customer to this store for over 18yrs. Always friendly and apologetic for inconvenience if store is unable to open. This usually stems back to senior management not having staff to cover illness. The staff work under rubbish conditions where Tesco really don't look after them like they would their own shops.

   Awful shop, rude staff and randomly closes constantly. Staff seem to think they’re doing the customers a favour! The post office is rarely open, really let’s Hill Head down. Come on Tesco you own this company, give us a shop in the community that is useable! The shop is in an ideal location and many use it but it really does need a complete overhaul.

   A shambles of a shop concerning staff. The old girl in there needs a personality transplant and as for personal hygiene and presentation.... disgusting!! Never open early and closes too early. Seems most One stops you go in employ the same type of people. This one is certainly not recommended if you want a smile anyway.

   Where to start , k8 what a contankerous old mare, how dare she pick and choose to give treats to a dog outside shop than serve her customers. I don’t no what planet she lives on thinking her customer service skills are worthy of even a po dunk 2 bit one stop . Open if and when , post office non existent, unhelpful , down right miserable looking staff , the only reason I even dare go back to this shop is when I have such a bad day I can go in look at her pompous face lording her 1 snippet of power over her pitiful subjects, and take a moment to think it could be worse I could work here . Avoid

   This store opens and closes when they feel like it, very unreliable. Furthermore, there is an old woman who works behind the counter (K8), she is the most miserable, unhelpful and depressing person I have ever come across working in a ‘convenience’ store. I truly think that she has the wrong job in life. She needs one where she does not need to interact with people, especially school kids! She scares them!

   Usually pretty good. Except 5 times now (tonight included), I've gone there half an hour before the close time states rather clearly on both the door and Google, and it's been closed. Last I checked, that was false advertisement. The manager needs to have a word.
