   I have rarely experienced such incompetence. My GP issued a prescription on the 23rd of June and I waited on this item to be filled..having my condition getting worse my husband visited the pharmacy on Saturday to be told the item was not in stock and that they didn’t receive the request until Thursday. At no time did the pharmacy contact me or my GP to say there was an issue. Monday a full week after the prescription was issued they still had no stock and still had taken no action. Today my husband went there again to be told no stock. The item is just some much needed antibiotic eyedrops..Good job it’s only painful and debilitating and not life threatening.

   I’m aware pharmacies are under duress. However this pharmacy very rarely flows without issues. This weekend the worst so far… they send a text late in the day on Thursday the 17th to say meds ready.. oh fabulous! They must realise it’s BH weekend. I thought I would pick up Friday ( Good Friday) so I call to check timings ( I’m aware lots of pharmacies close earlier on BH). Holding in the line til I reach ‘you’re number one in the cue’ . To be then told the staff are busy and call back later and terminated the call. This went on for 2 hrs. I decided to just head over to them after checking the website which stated it was open Friday until 5 pm . I arrive to find a hand written note on the door to say they’re closed Good Friday, Saturday, Sunday and BH Monday. No message on the website, no message on the phone line!! In fact the phone line allowed you to cue up until to reach 1st in the cue then terminate the call!!!! I work in the healthcare setting I know how busy, short staff, sickness etc works but a courtesy to keep your website and phone line up to date to support the service takes little more than a few minutes. That left my son ( who has a controlled drug) without his anti seizure meds . This is a repeat prescription every month . Friday we were due to collect his next script. Some indication of the closing times on the phone answer machine or website would of saved the distress it has taken to get an urgent script from 111 to cover the BH Weekend Brune pharmacy please please communicate better with patients, keep your website and telephone answer machine up to date!! I will not stay with you now, you put my sons health at risk. some constructive feedback to help improve your system . Disappointed is an under statement

She really has gone above and beyond helping sort my son’s medication, helping us navigate his treatment plan and even arranging deliveries . 10/10 and will be recommending people go here.

   After numourous phone calls between myself,this pharmacy and 111 to try and get an emergency prescription on a Sunday due to Willow not sending over to pharmacy even after I had phoned and requested them to. I was down to my last BP tablet . The lovely people in this pharmacy must have been really fed up with my phone calls. They were amazing. Helpful, kind and very patient. Believe it when people say this is the best pharmacy in Gosport

   I went to the pharmacy for some eye medication, they didn't have what I was prescribed, Which is fine, but the lady behind the counter wouldn't let me leave with Just nothing, she gave an alternative, but said will be on the system if it is needed. Some people would say we don't have it so we'll call you when it's in. But she took the time too find an alternative. There are people that appreciate your service. I work in the NHS, I know how hard it is when people don't get what they want. And complaints can be demoralising, this isn't a complaint, this is a massive thank you, to the lady behind the counter. Great service.
