   Well where do I start, I had really high expectations from looking at the photos and was greatly disappointed. The driveway was dirty and unkept, full of weeds which wasn’t a great first impression. The house continued this theme, it wasn’t very clean, really rundown and shabby. There was a strong food smell throughout, it was like the windows were never open. The sofas had seen better days, window frames were rotten in parts and some glass blown. The shower mat and seals were disgusting, I think the shower mat had at one time been white but is now brown. The white towels provided were grey and hard and had seen better days. There were tiles missing around the pool and this area was also dirty. The hot tub smelled fusty and the water was full of floaters like it hadn’t been cleaned in some time, none of the jets worked. There were old bits of furniture and household/garden items dumped everywhere. It was a huge disappointment and I can’t believe they can charge so much to stay here. Would not recommend. If I had to find a positive I’d say the views were amazing and they have a really good coffee machine

   Recently we held a retreat in this beautiful house. We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful stunning mornings, with marvellous sunrises and birds singing. House is very warm and comfortable to stay. And a big bonus it's an outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room. So relaxing. It's an amazing place to have a peaceful time away from daily routine. Well recommended.

   What a gorgeous relaxing place to stay with lots of things to do for all ages. The family who run the place have been so helpful and very friendly always happy to chat and answer any questions. Would defo come back for another stay.

   A large house with plenty of space. The gate is an electric gate with a driveway down to lots of parking space outside the front door. A large lounge with a good sized TV. A kitchen with an more than adequate dining table looking out onto the garden. Nice grounds with several animals including sheep and geese. Your own dogs are not allowed for this reason. No shoes inside the house. No noise after 10pm. No food and drink upstairs. A nice place that can accommodate alot of people. 3 minutes from a main road but tucked away itself in an area of peace and quiet. The owners are friendly and readily available to help with any queries as they live in the lower part of the house downstairs. Do note sometimes the pool will be shared by the owners. You can also book directly if required. A nice house for a relaxing vacation.
