   Visited today: visited to return a jumper and collect an online order. How amazing, quick and SIMPLE are their return machines?! Highly recommend using them it took 30 seconds to do. Scan the item, it brings up your name, click confirm and ‘post’ the item in the locker it shows how much you’ll get refunded and then prints the receipt. I’d only suggest some hand sanitizer as peoples fingers using the touch screen. Nice and clean store. As a disabled shopper it’s easy for me to get around and their lift was working.

   Have to say the customer service in this particular NEXT store is right up. It was late , 24 hours before and event I needed the right clothes. Sharon the deputy store manger went above and beyond to help me get my evening outfit spot on. Hunting in the back for a particular waistcoat, advising the right fit. I really felt I was being looked after. It was the end of the day yet Sharon was still bright, bubbly, helpful and positive. No way could I do this or get the help and support when Searching on line, the face to face customer service in the Cheshunt next is often superb. Thanks for your help and the outfit you helped me piece together did the trick.

   I literally live next to the Brookfield centre so I’m always in this Next. The staff are fabulous!! Always so friendly and helpful. They even returned my bank card when I accidentally lost it in there near Christmas. The baby clothing section which I mainly go for is great and if there isn’t the stock you want the staff will happily order it for you. I love shopping in this store. Great all round!!

   Went to store as my Son was going to a Prom next week and needed a suit etc etc, the choice was overwhelming, skinny suits regular suits etc etc, any way I am not here as a advert for Next, however Jackie who helped us was brilliant, went out of her way to make sure my Son was all decked out. a big thank you to you.

   As other reviewers have touched upon, staff are amazing here. For myself, Laura went above and beyond even though she had finished her shift. I needed sizes for two suits that weren't in store and as I am outside of the area she liased with my local store in Colchester through mobile seeing as the store phones were down. She then sourced the sizes for the second suit through the local warehouse here and got them delivered to store. All this when she should not even be there. I know when I'm at work I am out on the dot, so credit where credit is due Laura, thankyou for your great customer service today, my wife and I truly appreciated it.
