Rubbish conning company. I got what was advertised as 2kg of duck feet...1 kg arrived, along with two what looks like pig ears or cow skin, which my dog cannot have. No help from Edna at customer service... I don't usually put up bad reviews as it isn't nice...but this particular time I feel I have been well and truly conned...
We have dealt with Maltby's now for 2 years originally through Ebay and now directly for all our dog treats. Their products are high quality and the delivery and service first class. Thanks to all the team and looking forward to many years of purchasing from you.
Stay clear of this company!!!! Unhelpful and Edna is RUDE and uncaring. Only want to send dog food back which had not been opened as dog is unwell. I was recommended a gastrointestinal food by vet. However, have just been messed around by this company. Going around in circles due to Edna's unreasonable responses. I tried to send it back and it appeared back on my doorstep with no packaging and a hole in the bottom. DON'T USE THEM!!!!!!!!!
Ordered dog treats from Maltbys as have done previously as they market their authenticity and produce their own products as stated on their website. Order arrived and was branded K9 Chew Co based in Sheffield, not Maltbys’. I queried this and I received a response from Edna's that was quite astonishingly poor. 'This is the correct item, we purchase these from them'. As per a similar review on Maltbys, Trading Standards have been contacted about this and Edna's consistently poor customer service and the inaccuracies on their website.
So ordered Small COD Cubes and paid £37.99 Received Small FISH cubes which are £27.99 on their website. See Edna’s reply. On the packaging there is no mention of Cod whatsoever. White fish yes but no COD is mentioned . As you can see from their photos on their website there are two products Cod cubes and Fish cubes and all I want is Cod. Not to be fobbed off by Edna. Think trading standards may be interested in this one
First rate service. I ordered bird seed and fat balls and they were delivered within 24 hours despite receiving notification that it would be five days later. Excellent value products and service.
I've ordered a couple of time's now from maltbys and what a very good service ordered my dog food on Tuesday afternoon and peanuts and got a delivery the next day which was buy amazon I would highly recommend.

Maltby's have been around since the dawn of time. The reason why is because they stock a huge range of pet food products at competitive prices. I've always found staff to be friendly and helpful. I regularly buy pond sticks and pellets, wild bird seed and pizzles (they stink but the dog loves them!)
