   An Amazing Exotic Shop! After moving to Hull a year ago and needing to find a new shop that would adhere to all my animals, I Would not recommend anywhere else. From all the enclosures being realistic, to the customer service provided. John and Cam are both Brilliant. Never any judgment and always willing to help. Can not thank these guys enough and they do a brilliant job of showing everyone how keeping exotics should be done!

   For Christmas my partner got me a terrarium and all the equipment for me to get a little friend. We'd visited John Paul Exotics earlier in the year just for a browse and really enjoyed the experience so decided to go back to have a look around. We couldn't have been looked after more and John was so knowledgeable. I was torn between a Bearded Dragon and a Gecko and after explaining this to John and asking for more info he let me hold one of the baby crested geckos and I immediately fell in love. I was able to hold the gecko for around 20 minutes and could keep asking questions. After deciding on getting the gecko that day, John helped us get the remaining supplies we needed and made sure we got what was best rather than just what was the most expensive. John was very attentive to everyone in the shop and we couldn't have been happier. We will definitely return here for any future needs for my new friend and I'm sure we will get more animals in the future from here due to the exceptional service we received.

   Amazing service! Didn't want to buy anything, more to look at the animals. Ended up talking about my fear of spiders - the staff were great and got out a friendly spider to show me. I ended up holding a different species (can't remember the name!) And I was welcomed back anytime to gradually hold a spider. Amazing knowledge from all the staff and very genuine people with a passion for animal welfare in all aspects. Strongly recommend Jean Paul Exotics.
