Excellent pet shop, always pop in when we are in Brigg to get things for our dog. Very well stocked, friendly staff. Their dog is also lovely & welcoming too!
The gent I spoke to was super friendly and lovely to chat to. I took my dog in for some dog treats and came out with a few different bits to try. He let my dog try some new dog food and gave him lots of treats and fuss. Absolutely 5 star, one on one experience. Would recommend.
Fantastic every time we go in they have been helpful and always remember details for our puppy and kitten and ask how they are doing. Been given some excellent advice too.
Not been for a while as been shopping local through covid. Went yo get the cats fav supper which is not sold anywhere else local. The staff remembered me though. Excellent customer service.
This was our 2nd time visiting The Pet Shop. We went today to ask advice/purchase a puppy harness, new collar & lead. We came out with all that & more. Paul & his wife were absolutely fantastic. What they don't know, surely isn't worth knowing. They were incredibly friendly. The items were very reasonably priced. We would have paid more just for the advice from Paul. We certainly left there knowing more about what our lovely cockerpoo wants & needs than before we went in. This will now be our pet shop from now on!

Friendly staff and very helpful. Always has what we need and as a bonus, the advice is free! Good range of products, no cheap rubbish, just good quality products to keep your pet healthy and happy. If you can't find it in here, don't bother. Certainly wouldn't go to a chain pet store just because it's a penny or two cheaper when we've got this great shop on our doorstep.
