   Arrived a little early as always do to appointments but the one belfort ran over making my appointment 30mins late. Not the best when you have plans. Vets ans staff are lovely but wont be making appointments when I have plans in the future

   My experience at this practice has been positive since leaving another vets due to a bad experience. I have found the staff to be friendly, caring and efficient. The practice looks very clean with an area especially for cats in the waiting room.

   Gave some good practical advice on his teeth. Very pleasant and professional. Was leaving the practice before the time of his appointment. He can be very temperamental but she handled him beautifully and he was a star.

   Haven veterinary group took care of my rat pickle until we unfortunately made the decision to put him to sleep. They were always very helpful in getting us last minute appointments and listening to his issues. They were very thorough throughout his treatment. His euthanasia was also handled with remorse and care. It made an incredibly hard day, a tiny bit easier. I also received a thoughtful card from a few weeks later. Incredibly kind of them.

   Appointments are readily available. The reception staff are engaging and always really helpful. Waiting times are good and the reception area set out to allow space. The vets are fully engaging and sympathetic to the animals. Diagnosis is quick and medication is normally in stock. Costs are excellent in comparison to other practices. The team were particularly helpful in recently providing a "fit to work" certification for our detection dogs. 10/10 guys!

   I moved from another vets as I was unhappy thought staff were rude and could never get an appointment. Haven is close to where I live and cannot believe I didn't go there from the off. They are lovely and friendly staff, always happy to help. Can get an appointment quickly. The vets talk to you and make sure you understand what is going on. On the whole very good vets 100% recommend.

   I have only used this veterinary twice but each time I was greeted politely and my cat was seen quickly, the last time he was treated very well and also bathed and dried before I collected him. I have booked an appointment for him to be vaccinated and I will do the same for my other cat. Iwould recommend this vets to anyone who wants a very professional and friendly service.

   Yesterday I had to take my dog Pippa to Haven Vets. The reception I received from the 2 Receptionists was Fantastic as I walked in I was greeted with good morning mr Wamsley please take a seat I’ve booked you in this was really appreciated as I also had my 3year old Granddaughter with me (baby sitting) once I was settled the receptionists asked how I and Pippa were doing, which I thought was really very nice and to be remembered as well. I was called in by a young lady vet who was just as nice as the receptionists with how is Pippa doing and today you have brought Pippa in for her health check and Kennel cough injection yes I said and my granddaughter said granddad I won’t to see please so I picked her up and the vet told her everything that she was doing to Pippa which I thought was fantastic for the vet to include Matilda in what she was doing. I really cannot thank you all enough for making our visit so good. Thank you.

   Excellent vets, i took my dog for a 2nd opinion as i knew my dog was very poorly, hes been a little fighter and saw Stefan , he gave me the options and he was so sympathetic and considerate, it wasnt about money it was for the best for my dog. I decided to have him put to sleep and not suffer anymore. The reception team were excellent aswell, giving me advice about having him cremated and his little wooden box with his ashes in it and the hair tube, little poem and printed paw picture in my living room. I also got a sympathy card from them which was a nice touch. So the team there are excellent and a big thankyou to them from me and my family. If I decide to get another companion i will not hesitate to register with them.
