good vets had two dogs registerd and now a third dog the pet plan is great for my needs with injections and flea and worms all in the monthly payments
Excellent. Receptionist very jolly and greeted myself and my dog. Cleaning station ready for accidents, although my dog didn't have one this time. Treats on table too for distractions and getting them on the scales. Vet good interaction, asked if I had any concerns, which I did. Thoroughly helped me with that, as well as providing new medical cards for both of my dogs. Excellent service
Excellent service.Same day appt made by friendly receptionist who put us at ease . Warm welcome on arrival . Vet was professional and friendly and listened to our concerns.Talked us through everything as he examined or dog. Very caring towards us all. Options given and treatment plan in place . Definately recommend

The lady vet who assisted our 19 year old westie pass away peacefully and free from pain, was so compassionate and caring and this was very much appreciated by my husband and I. A truly dedicated lady and we can't thank her enough for the way she handled a sad event.
My little Jack Russell had to be sent to heaven because of heart problems. Reluctantly I took her to the vet The way this female vet treat my lulu was horrendous. Firstly she gave me a booklet with casket prices.thentook lulu from me took her in the back room and inserted a cannula in her leg ok that’s fine. Then she opened the door into the room and expected my terrified lulu to hobble into the room. She was trying to get to me. I picked her up put her on the table. The vet then started to put small amounts of the liquid into her. Lulu was struggling so much. She then told me to put her on the floor. Which I did while stroking and talking to her trying calm her down the vet said ohh I can’t watch this anymore and took her away. She brought her back to me when she had passed. I carry this nightmare with me every day since . This was 2 years ago. I still cry today.
Really good they have a good price plan to help people out with costs so no big bills and really good pet care package highly recommended

I would like to say a huge thank you to Vet Sophie at the Holderness Road surgery! She took her time with our boy and made him feel comfortable. He hates the vets normally but our last visit was stress free thanks to her.
We're decent when I first registered and were open until 6.30 which is useful when you work especially out of town. Prices have been getting more and more expensive, and now only open until 6 meaning it's very difficult to collect medication for your pet. They recently wanted to charge me £16 to deliver in their ambulance when I I explained I didn't get back to Hull until 6, my pet was in pain so unless I got someone to collect on my behalf I had to leave work early or my pet would have had to remain in pain for 4days...not much compassion all about the money!!!
