As much as we liked the idea of saving money and reducing our waste, these nappies aren't all the great. They require a huge amount of washing, which ironically has increased our water use and electricity consumption, they are incredibly bulky which means you need bigger clothes to fit your baby and in all honesty, there are some very reasonably affordable nappies out there that work out cheaper in the long run (overall) in comparison to reusables. To really make them "worth" it, you probably need 30+ nappies as a minimum. We're constantly washing and drying them and they really can't be used at night (even with the extra absorbing pads) because they leak and stay wet so your baby ends up waking up more or just getting rashes due to having wet cloth against their skin while they sleep. We liked the idea but after 6 months of trying, and a 3 fold increase in the amount of washing we do, we've retired using them as our main nappy. I left a similar review on their website which they've either removed or just refused to publish.

Terrible - they keep leaking which ends up staining all of our baby clothes. This does the opposite at what it’s supposed to do - more washing to remove stains and clothes to be changed since the nappies leak so much. They have a guide on how to put on the put on the nappy to avoid leaks but not 100% foolproof. And this also mean I always have to double check after someone else changes baby since they won’t be aware of that issue. Now we unfortunately back to using disposable nappy during the day to decreased the risks of stains…

I’m curious how the reviews are so good on their site. I bought these nappies based on that and they do leak constantly. Im still using them during the day, but it’s not worth the extra effort at night. I was changing my babies clothes and sometimes her under sheet two times each night. This resulted in me being more tired and more washing the next day. Friends I’ve spoken to have had the same issues, so I think a bit more realism would help.

Don't waste your money on these. Might think it's an good but in reality they just ain't worth it. The money you save in purchasing disposable nappies compared to how expensive these are, just isn't worth it. They stain after a few washes and are just a hassle to deal with. The amount of times I've found my other half in the bathroom trying to remove most of the poop is very unpleasant. The main problem we have had with these is that they leak. They leak that much you might as well not have a nappy on at all, it's that much! The quality of them are good and they look pretty but in reality just buy disposable nappies and bagged them binning with no other hassle can't be beaten.

I ordered a set of diapers on sale. Via e-mail, I got a tracking code that did not work. The package also never arrived. Every time I contacted them, they reassured me they would look into it. But every time it just went quiet on their side after. After 3 months and many e-mails and phone calls, I finally got my money back. With a baby and high inflation, I could've used the money elsewhere. Never again, Bambino Mio. I'll buy a more reliable brand.

Potty training pants are absolute waste of money. It's simply a thick underwear and doesn't hold any wee at all. The water resistant claim is misleading. Tested it with a few drops of water and it easily seeped through. According to Bambino it is meant to give a wet feeling for the child to help recognise the need for potty, which would be what even a regular underwear would do. The biggest size 3+ would possibly fit a skinny 3yrs old and not a normal child.

I wish I could write good review about this company but I cannot. We are still waiting for our items ordered over 3 weeks ago. They refused a refund initially but have now agreed, but I am still waiting for my money back! I purchased training pants - guess what my toddler is already potty trained now!! Such a shame as this was my very first purchase. I would NOT recommend this company.

My husband and I were happy with these nappies until our son became older, around 1 year old or so. At this point the nappies did not have enough absorbency during both day and night, such that we had to add the liners in. This worked for a while until my son was older again, around 1 1/2 to 2, when even the liner wasn't enough. We have no absorbency problems with disposable nappies, I'm afraid, and have had to put him in those. I would not recommend these nappies for a child older than 1 1/2 to 2 years old, as they are simply not absorbent enough and we have had to sell them on as a result. This is a serious quality issue which is simply unacceptable given the price.

Ordered a lovely changing mat and muslins but never received it. Contacted the customer service and was told its been delivered. I indeed can see on the royal mail link they sent me that apparently royal mail delivered it in my building. Nevertheless I never got it and customer service is not willing to do anything. Find it a bit poor. They do lovely stuff for babies but will not try to order again from them and lose more money!

Fantastic nappies but better buy it from other retailer. Placed an order two weeks ago, not even a confirmation email. When I called to check if they even received it I was told they weren't doing confirmation emails (?!?). Needles to say - still no delivery. The nappies however are really great, not over- engineered like some other brands and reasonably priced. Shame for the customer service.
