Always good options for appointment times but depending on the vet you get the health check up is either a quick listen to the heart or a full body check. No problems so far and I am sure if I pushed they would do more.
I took my cat on a Saturday afternoon to the Grimsby, Bradley branch. I was really impressed. Not only was the vet and the receptionist lovely but it was reasonably priced. They have really long opening hours too 7am - 10pm apart from Sunday which are not classed as emergency appointments. I really do recommend. My cat got great care I will definitely use again ## UPDATE## My cat went downhill Sunday and died on the Monday morning.
Had to call emergency vet when my best pal became rapidly unwell was obviously beyond recovery. The staff were very kind, what was a very sad time was made easier to bear by the vets calm and compassionate matter and my pal went to meet his maker without and further distress. My sincere thanks to all.
My beautiful old Pug Doodlebug went to her eternal sleep yesterday at Rase ... Everyone involved were amazing, kind, gentle and treated her so well. They were wonderful to us and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. They lit a candle in the reception and the receptionist was gentle and kind too ... Thank you Rase, as devastated as we are you made it all so much easier x
Collected my dog's ashes after he passed last weekend. Was treated with dignity & compassion by the ladies. Lovely touch of a card & Foget-me-not seeds which was very much appreciated
Twice I've been here, and twice I've been impressed. Two different vets, that have spent good quality time with both of my dogs and took a real genuine interest. Front of house are lovely people too. Very impressed.
Came here after having an issue with Vets4Pets and what a difference. Customer service excellent The vet spent a lot of time with me and my dog, and explained so many things also regarding treatments. Very friendly, helpful and informative. Best switch I've made
My two cats came for their vaccinations and the vet was lovely with them and gently cleaned one who had pood en route. Gave us very useful information on alternative cat carriers and pheromones to de-stress future visits.
Vet not very compassionate toward me as an owner. Made me feel I was in the wrong, although it was my pet who I have owned for 18 years, whom I know inside out. Do not recommend this vet at all just by the way I was made to feel.
