   Took one of my cats today for the first time for his consultation. We had a very positive experience. My cat was very enthusiastic about all the fuss and attention the vet gave him. The vet was also very helpful informing me of our options for his care and gave good advice.

   Great vets who obviously care deeply for animals. The staff were lovely when we recently lost our beloved cat Spud to liver cancer. We were allowed to take our time to say goodbye and this heartbreaking time was made bearable by the kindness and sympathy of the vet, the nurse and the receptionists. Highly recommend this practice.

   We have used Vets4Pets Grimsby since moving to the area 10 years ago. They have looked after 3 greyhounds for us over this period and we have found them to be excellent in every way. The receptionists, nursing staff and vets have all been courteous and considerate, with a much appreciated sense of humour at the good times, and very kind & caring when our pets were reaching end of life. Our last greyhound, Yeuna, was almost 14 years old when we sadly had to let her go last week, a testament to how well she has been cared for by Agata and her team. Thank you to all of you

   I am satisfied with my visit and the outcome. However, I’m not sure I will use them again as I felt my vet perhaps lacked exotic pet knowledge. I probably should have enquired beforehand regarding this. I like to be talked through my pets health and treatment to feel satisfied and I feel this could have been better. I feel the treatment of my exotic pet was perhaps decided on a generalised pet approach rather than pet specific.

   The reception team and vet were both incredibly friendly and very helpful with explaining how procedures would work as well as explaining what to expect and pricing for my pet. The vet helped my cat feel comfortable during her visit and whilst providing her vaccination and giving her, her checkup.

   Stef the vet i seen was very professional. She was very chatty to me and my dog, she put the dog at ease as his heart rate was racing but after cuddles with him he didn't even notice that she had vaccinated him. She also was asking me questions and giving great advice to me on how to settle him before coming to vets. The receptionists were very friendly and welcoming. Michelle went above and beyond to help me save money by introducing me to the care plan.

   Our two dogs have been with Vets4pets from being puppies, they are now 9 years old. They have had many health problems over these years. We have always had absolute trust in Vet4pets and that has been justified. They all care about their clients from the friendly and efficient reception staff through to nurses and vets. There has never been a health problem they could not put right. One of our dogs had to have an operation on his cruciate ligament, we were so concerned but the staff team put our minds at rest. I cannot praise this team enough for the way the operation went from beginning to recuperation. Everything was explained clearly to us, we were given written guide lines too. There was also a fantastic letter from the surgeon who did the operation with his explanation for not wearing the usual after surgery collar. This worked so well and our dog was soon on the road to recovery, he has never looked back or had a further problem with the leg. We really admire this team and always recommend them to people.
