   You sured us care and compassion with the care of our little Honey Tink you have given us good advice and was very helpful with what you said to us All the staff on ur front desk are so lovely and kind and always recognise Honey when she comes to see you all at Driffield and always comment on her harnesses and bows and how cute she looks What I appreciated most is the care and attention to our Honey tink you are always their on the end of the phone if we need you thank you to all of your team ❤️

   Excellent practice, Millie our vet provided new eyes on a problem our dog has had for a couple of years, and we're on the road to recovery. Millies knowledge was superb she knew before the results came back what was wrong but needed them for confirmation and correct treatment. He's like a new dog. Thank you so much

Caring and thorough. Front desk staff were as lovely as ever What I appreciated most is feeling my little one is getting the best care possible from all staff. They do their best to fit you in and nothing is too much trouble

   Ruben's care was 2nd to none Lucy was very efficient at diagnosing Ruben's condition & acted quickly to offer suitable treatment I never thought Ruben would be back to his old self so quickly and because he's happy I am happy he is on long-term medication and this will give him the best life possible thank you to the team who have taken great care of him at Aldgate Vets Vet - Lucy Always very calm & reassuring super knowledgeable What I appreciated most is care and compassion received for us both

   Went to go pick my dog up from an operation, it was nearing 8pm and the two women on reception couldn’t have been less interested. Barely looked away from their computer screens. One lady went into the back, I assume to let someone know we were picking our dog up. When she came back she just sat back down, didn’t say a word to us, left us stood there like lemons so we helped ourselves to a seat. I don’t expect much but the reception we received was cold and made us feel like an inconvenience. Disappointed as we’ve had our animals with this vet surgery for over 20 years.

   David was very thorough in his examination of my old cat.I actually went for a second opinion after visiting my own vet,something I don't really like to do.Their treatment was so deverstating that I thought my cat deserved a second opinion. David agreed with my vet if the cat had been a younger animal but offered him an alternative treatment.The cat seems to be improving so fingers crossed,thanks for giving him the chance.

   Absolutely FIRST CLASS surgery. Our beautiful boy, dog passed away suddenly a week ago today and the staff from receptionists, nurses and Vet were absolutely amazing. Kindness, advice completely above and beyond.

   Our 12-year-old Frenchie had this sickness and diarrhoea that was going about. He had a rough time, but luckily, he has recovered from it. He had some medication from Aldgate Vets along with the 100% love and care that he has always had from us.
