Served by a very rude woman at the till. No please or thank you and just generally rude in her attitude. She made me feel very uncomfortable. I wondered whether it was because I didn't round up my bill to donate to charity as once I clicked not to donate about 50p, her attitude seemed to worsen. I had just given to The Big Issue seller outside and donate monthly to a charity of my choice so choose not to donate in all the shops that ask these days as my income is limited. I don't know if this was her problem but she made me feel very uncomfortable and was really rude with her lack of courtesy and service. Not happy at all and makes me not want to go there again as I don't want to be made to feel like that when I am spending money at a business.

Only worth a visit if you have forgot to get some sellotape.

Good store for cheap goods, friendly staff what's not to like.

Large, wide spaces between isles, plenty to choose from, visible prices. Not everything is £1, so make sure you check the price for every item. At the time of my visit (1st of September) both Halloween and Christmas stuff were out. You can also find clothes and even fridges with different food.

Brilliant store and staff, everything I wanted and the choice was great. Very clean store as well. This is one of our regular stores, has been for years, will continue to be. Big thank you to all the staff for their help and for always smiling despite everything.

Since I went early to the shop, it was relatively empty, when I arrived. I worked my way around the shop slowly, checking & picking up the items I was looking for. As I progressed, more people came in - and moved ahead of me to the checkout. When I had got everything that I wanted, the checkout was fairly clear and the lady on it appeared happy and helpful. The distancing signage on the floor was not easy to see, but most people seemed to be keeping their distance properly. The handwash facilities at the exit were readily available.

Really great experience today. I attended the store nearer to closing time and it paid off. The store was fairly well stocked, not many children's books which is understandable for this time of year, however I managed to get all the things I wanted and more. I guess you can't help yourself when further discounts apply!
