   Me, my wife and 2 children Loved the pool and jacuzzi but the female host was very Luke warm and we felt like an inconvenience. They also had family members working in the garden while we were in the pool which again, was not great. my eldest daughter daughter made the mistake of saying hello to the horse which was also at the bottom of the garden. The host came out, complained and closed all the doors on us in the pool room telling us to 'stay in the pool room'. I can understand if they did not want her there but be polite about it! The facilities were ok but host was cold and made us feel unwelcome. Will not be returning!!

   Held our 8 year old granddaughters birthday party. Our granddaughter is disabled, Fiona is so helpful and wanted to ensure she had a good time. This is our 2nd birthday party hete. Lovely garden area for serving food and drinks. Lots of floats in the pool, and changing rooms with heated flooring.

   Fantastic place for families and friends. Everyone can feel a great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Swimming pool with clean and warm water, jacuzzi, sauna room. I highly recommend it.

   We celebrated an 18th birthday as a family at The Pool House. It was well organised, very clean, great facilities and so much fun for all the family. As it was a special birthday the hosts went above and beyond providing balloons and even a gift. I would highly recommend.
