   Excellent classess of Aquagym, fitness in water. The classes are always energising, fun, and perfectly suited for all fitness levels. A special shoutout to our amazing coach, Cornelia Cordner– she’s truly outstanding! She is encouraging me to come straight from my job and jump in the water!!!Which I am doing!! Her motivation, guidance, and positive energy make every session enjoyable and effective. She pays attention to every participant, ensures we work safely, and always adds a personal touch. If you're looking to improve your fitness, tone your body, or just enjoy a great workout in the water, this is the place to be! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend!

   Wouldn’t reccomend coming here for swimming. The changing rooms are absolutely awful and in refurb or at the very least a DEEP clean. The drains stank and had clumps of hair and dust which absolutely stank and you would easily step on if you didn’t look. The lockers had lots of rubbish left and weren’t clean. The changing rooms were okay and a decent size. The layout of the lockers were weird like a maze and if someone was coming you’d not have much space. There are only 5 showers which are right in front of the pool which is weird as well as a hassle. The pool itself is a good size but I can honestly say I would never come here again.

   I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding swimming lessons my children receives at Kempston pool. The progress they have made has been brilliant, and I attribute much of this success to the exceptional way the instructors attend to the children. I have been particularly impressed by: * Individual Attention: Despite managing a group, the instructors consistently notice individual needs. Whether it's correcting a specific technique or offering a word of encouragement to a hesitant child, they provide personalised feedback effectively. * Patience and Encouragement: The instructors demonstrate remarkable patience and have a wonderful, positive attitude that clearly motivates the children. They celebrate small successes, which really boosts confidence. * Clear Communication: They explain techniques in a way that is easy for children to understand, adapting their approach as needed. * Creating a Safe & Fun Atmosphere: My children feel safe and supported in their lessons. The instructors balance learning with fun, making it an experience my children genuinely look forward to each week. Seeing how well my children are cared for and how attentively they are taught has been wonderful. Please pass on our thanks to the instructors for their dedication and skill. We are delighted with the programme.

   Staff on the desk so rude, no customer service or greeting you as a customer on arrival and just grunt at you. Pool itself is lovely so no complaints there just the staff's attitudes who need to go on customer service training. They are all well known for this!!!!!!!

   I’ve used saunas for 30 years and this is one of the cleanest ones I’ve ever used. Consistently and reliably hot. Reasonably priced. Perfect for post exercise relaxation and a good stretch

   Inflatable in pool so cut the pool off for swimming. Lifeguards told the rules but didnt seem to bothered about them. Showers not good, changing room smelt. Thr only good thing was the nice receptionist.

   Freezing cold pool and some of the staff are rude. They do not provide you with swimming packs once joining and this is part of the joining fee, my child who attends the swim school weekly said she was so cold in the pool today , she unfortunately burst into tears and asked me to take her out. She advised that because it’s one tutor per six kids in the pool she is left standing waiting until it’s her time, (that would be absolutely fine if the pool was not stone cold) i of course was watching her and her out of the pool, I will be cancelling her session asap and will look for a warmer pool, I did ask management to maybe up the temp so the pool could be warmer but was advised it stays as it is unfortunately,

   Good team,lovely pool but. You've got nice little gym and sauna. Can do fitness classes including aqua fitness classes in groups. The communal showers are a bit dodgy as the temperature is too hot where as women's shower room and changing room is too cold. Overall good venue.
