I visited Tower Health and Racquet Club with my friend, where we played a one-hour session of squash. I must say, this is a really great club. The squash courts are excellent—the floors are consistent, well maintained, and very pleasant to play on. I truly enjoyed my time playing squash here. The overall facilities are neat, clean, and relatively new. The showers and men’s room were also well maintained and impressive. I has a peek at the tennis courts as well, and they looked great—I would definitely like to play there in the future. Overall, I was quite impressed with this club and would love to visit again.

Honestly, I was a bit on the fence about joining but I’m glad I did. You really notice the difference in the atmosphere, it’s just a lot more chilled out and less intimidating than other places I’ve been. The gym floor is spacious and I rarely have to wait for equipment. The staff are all super helpful 10/10 would recommend.

The gym is well equipped, the staff are very welcoming and supportive and the courts are always in great shape. There’s a real sense of community around the club and people are friendly, motivated and respectful. It’s the kind of environment that genuinely lifts your mood. A brilliant club to spend time in!

Towers Health & Racquets Club is a great place to train and unwind. The gym has a good range of equipment, and the courts are always in good condition. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is relaxed but professional. It can get a little busy at peak times, but overall it’s a great club to visit even as a guest.

I like this gym. Not too big. I still have not managed to get on AQUA class always full. It would be nice to have more convenient times for AQUA classes on in the weekday evenings for people who work during the day. More Body Combat and also Tai Chi would be good too.

Great gym, and cafe, spa area with sauna , steam room and hydrotherapy pool great. Pool a bit small for fitness swimming as lanes narrow.

A fancy place for people looking to show off. One of the lacklustre gyms in Bedford, with monthly membership fees which are delusional! Staff are rude and have some sort of self-entitlement as they work in this “high-end” gym…

I've lived in Bedford since 2001 and the town was always crying out for a health club that was more than just a gym. It took 16 years, but in 2017 a local businessman with vision opened this place and it's great. My tennis playing friends all tell me that the tennis facilities are great but I love the well-equipped and, more especially, light and spacious gym. You can watch Sky Sports and run at the same time. As monthly membership here is about the cost of a Sky subscription, I forego the latter in favour of the former and watch the football either in the lovely TV lounge or on the running machine. The food here is inexpensive and good and the bar has both draft lager and beer.

The best gym/health club in Bedford, no contest! All the facilities & equipment are brand new, serviced and well maintained constantly. Staff are very polite, PT’s are employed meaning they are there to help. Classes are very enjoyable and all the instructors are great. Have been a member for about 2months now and really enjoy going. Private car park with loads of spaces that are all wider than usual. Restaurant is loverly including outside seating area. Can’t comment regarding the tennis or squash as I don’t participate but the courts all look immaculately maintained/brand new.
