    Would definitely reccomend and go back to Caroline and all her team at Windy Hill. Excellent care for my pug, and regular updates/photos & videos. Why would you go elsewhere? The pick up and drop off service is a very big help. As is the hassle free of having to provide a bed, and food. Talk about going above and beyond!

    We had been using Windy Hill before Caroline and the team took over and had hoped for the same great experience of leaving our 4 pups with them. We shouldn't have worried! Absolutely fabulous! We have been using them now for probably 7+ yrs if not more and usually twice a year. Shelly sends me WhatsApp videos which is very comforting to see. I send mine with jumpers if it's chilly but if it rains the staff put rain coats on top. One of my dogs is on medication and they see to her perfectly. We know that they know our dogs really well so they never come out stressed or have any weight loss like some people I know who used other kennels. Get booked early though as they fill up quickly at this hotel ☺️

    Have been good in the past but most recent time using these services have not gone well. An item was returned broken and some of their toys weren’t given back which I didn’t notice until I had travelled all the way back home , my pets were acting very anxious and scared once I got them home and it seems like they weren’t given enough food as they would not stop eating until the bowl was empty. All of these behaviours are out the ordinary as they are quite content animals. Sadly will not be using again due to all this.

    First time I have put any of my pets in kennels...my 8 month old Shar PEI Millie. Wen I dropped her off I seen it was a nice looking place, clean and friendly staff working ther. I picked Millie up after 2 days and she looked happy as ever. I will b using windy next time for sure
