   ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star) Very disappointed with this company. I called with a genuine inquiry and was met with rudeness and a bad attitude. The person on the phone, possibly the owner, was dismissive and unprofessional. It felt like they thought they were above their customers — not the kind of service anyone deserves. Just another pool company that doesn’t value respect or common courtesy. * response to the company response * Your response is just more excuses — and it’s the same story in all your poor reviews. Let’s be clear: I spoke directly with the owner, and he was rude from the start. I did say I’d leave a negative review — not as a threat, but because I was treated with disrespect and dismissed without any interest in resolving the situation. If the owner cared about the business or its customers, he wouldn’t speak to people this way or respond so defensively. Instead of taking responsibility, he blames customers every time. That says everything.

   We were refused service for regular pool cleaning, and initially no reason was given. After calling, i was told if we don't buy a boiler with them, they will refuse any further services. I wasn't aware this condition could be in place? We have fortunately found another supplier who is a little more transparent about their conditions...

   We self built a new house including an indoor pool with a ‘Endless Pool’ Fastlane. The Luton Pools guys were fantastic throughout our (long) build timeline. Besides being really nice people, they are incredibly organised and knowledgeable and are happy to share that knowledge…... I know at least one famous online influencer learned their craft here. We used our own people for tanking, tiling etc and the pool leaked! The Luton guys (Will) came to our rescue and fixed it within 12 hours. Besides recommending Luton Pools I’d also suggest taking their recommendations on other tradesmen for tiling etc. They combine to a top notch output.

   Fantastic service! We had Will visit our property that we had newly moved into, advised on the best way to modernise our equipment and fitted very efficiently. The pool we built alongside my builders and the team at Luton Swimming Pools was exceptional from start to finish with great care given to the finished design. After care is also phenomenal- caring of the pool, cleaning, testing chemicals and general all round maintenance is exceptional.

Luton pools were instrumental in helping us with our design, build and commissioning of our pool and we’re delighted with the result.    Excellent service from start to finish. Turned up on time, completed the job (liner replacement) in impressive time (including new lights which we decided to change at very short notice) and at the price agreed. Cleaned up after themselves and explained what had been done and how to proceed will fill levels etc. Would recommend 100%, pool looks better than new.
