   Only ordered takeaway, but this is by far the best in the area. So far has never disappointed. Can be delayed slightly when busy, but always great.

   I had a dreadful experience. We ordered some food on Monday the 18th of August 2025. It was burnt, bland, and completely inedible. I wouldn't even be comfortable feeding it to dogs. We left a review on their website, and got a call the next day. The man on the other end of the phone said that because he didn't want to lose customers, our next order would be free. We decided to take them up on this offer the next day (Wednesday 20th). However, we learned that this could not be fulfilled, as the person who had told us this was not actually anyone in charge, but was one of the cooks. We also learned that this individual was accused of lying by the staff member, had given a "lame excuse", and we were unable to redeem our free food. On top of this, we checked their website, and the review we left has been changed from a 1 star to a 4 star. I have never been treated this way by any establishment, and I am absolutely disgusted by the entire ordeal. I absolutely cannot recommend this place, and implore anyone who is considering to eat here to look elsewhere. I will consider editing my review should the owner reach out and make amends for this experience.

   We were in the area, and needed a quick bite to eat - and found Go Grill by chance. The food did not disappoint, and the service was great. Very generous portion sizes, even gave us extra, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, the food and service was great and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

   Tried chicken kebabs across the country and can say this is top 3. It’s a shame I don’t have a place like this close to home. Brilliant food, portion, price, and friendly staff. They do chicken and rice for those trying to stay on the healthier side.

   Got takeaway for collection, staff were polite, decor is lovely and would consider eating in next time (but the lights are too bright for me), the actual food was amazing, proper burgers where you can taste all the ingredients, and a generous portion of hot, fluffy chips. Very good value for money.

   Ordered some food for collection and was really looking forward to it as we’ve had positive experiences in the past. However, first our big bottle of pop was forgotten about which we weren’t too fussed about. One of our meals had mayo on when we asked for go grill special sauce. One of the pizzas had onions on when requested not to, (which wasn’t a huge deal), so we had to phone back. Guy on the phone was very apologetic and stated that they would send out a new meal and a bottle of pop. 45 minutes later, still nothing so had to phone again. The one meal arrives and unfortunately half way through the meal a hair is found. Bit of a put off when had such positive experiences in the past. Hoping it was just a bad night.

   Food was nicely presented. We tried burgers and peri peri wings which were particularly amazing. It would be great if they could get some high chairs for babies. Will definitely visit again
