   Cleo always comes back with the shinest fur that smells lovely!! We always go for spa treatments as a little extra, the whitening treatment keeps her fur bright and we've found if she does get mud on her it slides off her fur. The ladies are lovely and she's always super happy when she comes home so we know they must spoil her with lots of fuss!! Thank you girls!!

   Top dog is brilliant had bad experiences at other groomers but this one is only Groomers’s I trust with our baby pups coco. She always looks gorgeous and they will do whatever you want and coco is always so happy to be in there which is a big thing for me to entrust someone with her. Thank you for always making her look stunning and we have recommended you to others. Thank you.

   Aweful service I recently took my dogs to Top Dog and Spa on Holderness Road in Hull, and let me tell you, I am furious. I paid a ridiculous £110 for grooming, and when I got home, I noticed they hadn’t done several things I specifically requested. I didn’t catch it at the time of pick-up, but I expected better, especially after paying so much. I called them the next morning to express my dissatisfaction, but they completely ignored my calls! After ten more attempts and sending messages with no response. So, I resorted to calling from someone else’s phone, and surprisingly, they picked up right away! I explained my issues, and what does the owner say? She rudely tells me that I can make another appointment—but only if I pay another £110. Can you believe that? She was obnoxious and had the audacity to refuse to re-groom my dogs unless I forked over more cash. This is unacceptable customer service.

   My beautiful keeshie has just returned home after her first ever experience at a gromers. She's been neglected by previous owner and now I'm giving her the life experiences she deserves. Couldnt recommend top dog salon any more! Staff are so kind patient and understanding i reached out on FB after seeing they had a refurbishment as was taking on bookings. Rang up had a good indepth chat with lady on the phone and she made me feel relaxed and at ease and had me booked in straight away. Keeshie arrived all happy and excited and can tell she was well loved in there. Honestly take great care of your fur babies. The best comment "keeshie was really good. Hard work but really good" like they new here all her life after a hour spent with them she's not keeshie without hard work being next to her name. Wouldn't have it any other way. Can't wait to have this place as her regular pamper sessions. Your babies are in good hands. Every staff member has a heart of gold thankyou

   From the moment we arrived with Reya, we felt comfortable. Our girl loved the attention she was getting and the staff were so good with her we felt safe leaving her. When we picked her up she smelt awesome! Now she is home and content, resting happily after an exciting afternoon. Would definitely recommend Top Dog Salon to any good doggo.
