   Absolute disgrace this place. If I explained what had happened here today, you wouldn’t believe it. We booked this place out as a group booking, but it ended in the owner screaming and shouting at everyone in front of the kids. Completely lying and making stuff up. Making pretty strong attempts ok violence toward both male and female guests who were trying to get away from there…… all in front of 7 kids under 10 years old. It’s a failing business and they have clearly had enough, they want out. It’s up for sale. Do yourself a favour and NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE

   It was a pretty disappointing experience. We went to use the infrared sauna and when we arrived it was not preheated. So, we wasted 15 mins of our hour waiting for the temperature to reach the right level. The website is misleading in terms of pricing as it doesn't say that the price is per person not per hour. Overall, the place is pretty dirty (shower needs a good scrub as it's full of mould). The lockers in the changing room didn't work and we didn't even get a towel. So, for £30 per person not a great experience. Would not recommend.

   I attended the Spa to experience an Infrared Sauna prior to purchasing one for home. The staff were incredibly friendly, the facilities are great - I'm sure my wife will want to return to use some of their other services.

   This is amazing Me and my family rented their pool out for the morning for £75 and we got 3 hours with a whole pool and it’s was amazing the pool was a good temperature and we went to the restaurant afterwards and it’s was lovely would recommend.

   Cloud9 Spa has this serene-yet-indulgent chic vibe that we loved so much. But their secret lies in the treatments expertly delivered. Moreover, the customer service is genuinely personal and caring. The level of attentiveness, at least for my partner and me, made us feel like we were the only guests they had. I have to say that the team did a marvellous job on us! All the best from me and my partner, we'll be back soon.

   I had a full restyling and colouring service today at the Cloud9 Spa premises today. It was by necessity rather than by choice and Cloud9 Spa was the closest to me at that time. Having never tried them before I was very apprehensive but the team was terrific. They've put me entirely at ease, and the whole experience was exceptional.

   My consultation and treatment at Cloud9 Spa took place in a warm-toned room smelling of fabulous fresh coconut fragrance. I felt like in the Amazonian jungle. My therapist went through my concerns and expectations in a detailed and attentive way setting the tone for the whole session. I felt extremely looked after, will come back again for sure!
