   Efficient, friendly staff, good value. Entry now available through the front door, the one way system has been discontinued, neither is a mask required. I needed a new dog lead, they'd not got black available so I opted for blue, there's a huge range of different types and lengths of leads. The assistant did offer to order a black lead for me but I need one immediately. I also needed rawhide chews, I could only find the 10 inch and I wanted the 5 inch, the assistant kindly found them for me, they are arranged by size not type, so they were with other types of chew, simple really. Fortunately they were not too busy and the assistant was very helpful, thank you.
