Worst customer service, went in literally 5min ago for maggots and a bait tub, nobody in sight for help so got a bait box grabbed half a pint of maggots to then be approached by a lady with brown hair, quotes what are you doing do u normally help yourself then proceds to ask me whats in my bag and demands to search my shopping carrier bag, well let me tell you it's my 1st and last time in the shop, and yes in my past when I walk into a shop to buy something I genuinely do pick up my own products then take them to the till to purchase, never going back, lady needs to learn people skills and how to approach and communicate with people better.
Well stocked pet store downstairs, upstairs brilliant fishing tackle displays. Prices are as good as if not better than AD. Staff helpfull and chatty nothing is too much, happy to help disabled customers. So happy i found this gem of a store, will be a regular user
Great family pet shop with new and second hand horse riding kit
Super range of small animal domestic pet food and goods. Great prices. I think there is also horse stuff but I don't need that so never taken much notice of that!! I personally have a very small dog who can't eat normal sized food so I get my small dog food from here also her small harness. Well done and thank you to all the lovely staff.

A superb Pet Food and accessories supplier. Everything you need for Dogs, cats, poultry, cage birds, horses, small animals and reptiles. The staff are marvelous and very knowledgeable. You can pick premeasures to full bags of food and seeds, or ask for your own amount. There's parking outside and the prices are very reasonable.
