   I couldn’t speak more highly of ProtectaPet as a business but also a solution. We have been with them for a number of years. We added to our tribe and managed to find that one in a million cat who could beat the system. Not a problem for ProtectaPet, they have been responsive, and helped plug every spot that Arthur managed to escape from. We have also just upgraded to their electrified system. It’s soo smart. This is a business that genuinely cares about what they do, they continue to innovate, never rest on their laurels. Every single person we’ve spoken too is truly passionate about keeping cats safe. We lost our boy Dave, we thought we would never be comfortable opening the doors or windows to the garden again. This has brought us peace of mind, knowing our cats are safe and we can enjoy our outside space together. For those who worry how it looks it’s soo discreet and very robust. I couldn’t recommend them enough. If you are looking for a solution don’t hesitate reach out to them.

   I’ve just had a catio enclosure (2.8m x 2.4m x 2.4m) installed by ProtectaPet, and I couldn’t be happier. The quality is excellent, our four indoor cats love it, and we can finally open the patio doors to let in fresh air while the cats come and go as they please. The ProtectaPet team were outstanding throughout. Anna and Aaron handled my initial queries, design, and quote with care, while Tom and Max carried out the installation. Installation day was completely hassle-free, they worked efficiently, were polite and professional, and left everything tidy. There is a sign-off process at the end to ensure everything is as expected. From start to finish, it’s been a fantastic experience, and we’re already enjoying the rewards of this great product.

   I ordered fencing on few occassions to protect our outdoor cats from escaping from the garden. The product is great and delivery has been reliable and timely. Recently I requested order to be shipped as soon as possible due to unprotected part of our fence creating exposure to one of the cats escaping and the order has been shipped the same day.    We ordered off protectapet last march 2024 after my ginger boy got run over ( we have 3 cats) we found him in alot of pain covered in blood . We rushed him to the vets he had a broken femur and 2 big gashes to his legs, 9 months later and £11,000 in insurance money he was fully recovered. We decided it was time to protect our garden so the babies were safe.The first delivery of protectapet we had wasn't in the best condition so we contacted them and they were really helpfull and sent us out new brackets ( the brackets were damaged during transit) we installed the brackets which was very easy and now my 3 cats are loving life and i don't have to worry about anything else happening to them. Thankyou protectapet for keeping my babies safe.

   One very happy cat! We opted for the full height poles so as not to attach anything to the fence, and we’re delighted to see how sturdy and high quality the ProtectaPet kit was. It was easy for us to install on our own, and has been successful in keeping our kitty in! She has jumped up after birds and other cats, and has always safely landed on all fours when she realised it can’t be done. The added benefit is that it is keeping other cats away from our garden, meaning that there are fewer things marked by other cats. Given that our cat has a stress-triggered medical condition, it’s keeping her happy and safe at home.

   Outstanding service from first contact to installation! Quote-building was super easy and the website really helped visualise how the system might look in our garden - it has in fact turned out even better than we’d expected. The system just blends in and we hardly notice, and that was on the first day! Our installation engineer was fantastic, professional and courteous. Highly recommended!

   We are so happy with our purchase of the cat barrier fencing to enclose our garden. We have 3 cats and they've tried but can't leave the garden. We made the decision as we have a lot of stray Tom cats that bully one of our girls leading to stress cystitis that needed daily medication. It's only been up 2 weeks but it's cleared up as the Tom's can't get in so don't bother hanging around. We also decided to go for it to stop any accidents like being hit by a car, eating anything poisonous, getting into fights with other cats etc. Our cats are still happy as they get to enjoy the garden and we have made it a stimulating environment for them. Well worth the money in our opinion. Thank you very much protect a pet!
