   Absolutely over the moon with my experience! Staff are so friendly and welcoming. They're very considerate of an animals needs and made sure that my dog felt safe and comfortable during his groom. We had the full groom and it was done to a fantastic standard! His fur looks so tidy and smells absolutely amazing! My dog is very nervous and hates baths, but he was handled with care and came away a very happy and clean looking pooch. His hair was trimmed so well, it's all very tidy and he looks fantastic, he's not stopped smiling and wagging his tail since I picked him up! Couldn't be happier! Will be returning for another visit very soon.

   Lovely staff, my dog hates going & always good with her. Do a lovely job (springerpoo) always put the dogs welfare first & she comes out smelling amazing, we have the oodles of poodles extra so she smells like chocolate & softness to fur lasts ages after the groom

   Very disappointed. During the course of two consultations we discussed how we wanted our puppy’s first groom to be. Prior to the groom a patch test was performed in our presence with the longest clippers, to ensure a longer trim to our specification. We also requested that her face/beard and head be trimmed, rather than clipped short in accordance with how her breed is meant to look. On collection, our puppy had been clipped very, very short. She looked like a completely different dog, no attempt made to resemble the breed at all. All of our requests were ignored completely. Clearly we will not be returning to the groom room, and I would strongly recommend others to do the same, especially if it is to be your dogs first encounter to grooming.

   We booked our dog in for a bath following a stay in kennels. We turned up for our appointment early but were asked to go outside and wait, only for a member of staff to sit at the window and look at us. When we were finally allowed in and our dogs details were taken, we told staff he had allergies and asked if they could use his own shampoo to bath him (just Pethead Oatmeal shampoo, nothing toxic). We were told no. They suggested we saw the vet next door about his allergies (we have our own vet) and take him back to the groomers he had been to before, who would use the shampoo. The lady with glasses is quite the rudest person I have ever met and when I asked why this hadn't been discussed when I booked the appointment she asked did I think she had a crystal ball. The worst customer service experience ever.
