   Another top quality Waitrose & partners , Selling all the top notch produce you would hope to find. I was horrified though by the parking system as it’s shared with the other shops in the vicinity. It was very busy trying to park when I popped along to collect some pink caviar and a £5 meal deal. So a little disappointed really, the Bentley was an absolute hog to park in the undersized car park. Just ghastly !!

   I love shoping in waitrose. Quite often it has produce that may not be readily available in other supermarkets. I have also used waitress through Ubereats and this is where I have had a poor experience. I have had the wrong items delivered to me on three occasions. The process to complain was not straight forward but I did get a refund in all cases.

   We were after a few 'special' food items, so popped in here, whilst we were in Daventry. The Partner on the cheese, delicatessen and rotisserie counter was very pleasant and efficient and we used the self-service till, to easily check out.

   Its nice to pop into waitrose every now and then. Just love the deli counter. Even their own brands are great. The staff are very friendly and helpful always got time to have a chat with you.

   Great local store, usually friendly staff and a decent range of products. Toilets. Nearby parking can be very busy so be prepared to park a short walk from the store. Self check outs available.

   Medium-sized store in the centre of Daventry, good parking and access at all times of day. New loyalty app working well for us, giving great offers that we can use. Staff very helpful and are on the shop floor if you need assistance.

   First use of the new personalised voucher scheme. I had thought it might be too complicated to use at the self scan check out, but it was very smooth. I shopped very early to avoid the crowds and was pleased to see everybody still wearing masks, unlike many of the other shops in town.

   we went in for vanilla syrup walked around for a few minutes trying to find it and was followed by a security guard we went up to a (very nice) employee to ask if they had it in stock which they didn’t so we proceeded to walk out the security guard then stopped us asked what we had (we had shopping from other shops) we showed him and provided receipts for all of our shopping he then continued to aggressively question us after finally deciding we didn’t steal anything, he didn’t even apologise

   I would like to say a missive thank you to Diane in the Waitrose Daventry store. She went above and beyond when I dropped a plant. It could have been a very embarrassing incident. Diane helped clean up and was so kind and helpful.
