   The standard here used to be very good, but over the last couple of years they have slipped. Even the self-scan checkouts had queues. There were roll pallets around the store blocking access to the shelves. The café has closed. And Sainsbury's prices are above average, in the other hand the selection and quality of products is high. Parking can be a nightmare, unless you park on the upper level. The travelator frequently doesn't work.

   I came in to do a casual family shop, as I do most weeks. I was very uncomfortable to see my kids and husband being peeked at from around the corner by a security guard with a poorly shaped mohawk. We felt extremely uncomfortable and very on edge. I have now told all my friends and family to STAY away from this shop, unless they want to be stalked. This is unacceptable and I demand for this to be reviewed.

   I do like Sainsbury's a lot. I do all my shopping in the store and the food is always good quality, tasty and a good price. The store is always clean and tidy and the shelves are well stocked. Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There is plenty of parking and although it gets busy on a weekend I have always found a parking space. There is a cafe onsite as well as a Fuel station.

   Andrew at your Weedon Rd branch is superb. He always helps any disabled customer with a smile - he’s the whole reason I shop at your store. There’s no one like him in Northampton. More’s the pity !

   Excellent customer service today in the car park. Andrew assisted me placing my shopping in my car. I am recovering from illness and really appreciated this. He approached me to offer his help. Friendly and polite without being intrusive. A credit to the team at Sainsbury's Gambrel Road, Northampton.

   Enjoyed our visit to your store apart from from the frozen section which had an awful fishy smell. Maybe one of your freezers had broken down.once at the checkout we reported the problem & several of your staff had noticed the smell & a lot of the people in the queues also.l asked if there was a supervisor around to inform but unfortunately one wasn't found. Hope the problem was solved in the end Elaine

   I used the self service checkout with 1 basket. I managed to get almost everything i wanted. I like the fresh peas but nearly every packet i picked up was already sprouting. Lucky to get fresh fruit today, due to the time of day i arrive the selection is reduced. Parking was ok.

   This is my regular supermarket, and go in at least once per week. It is very hit and miss, often there are big gaps in the products and the at least 1 item I need is not available every time. The quality of the food is OK but the veg goes off very quickly, and is often in family sized bags so we normally throw some away.

   As a supermarket, it is very good. Hi quality food and usually pretty friendly service. My only gripe is with the service station. Please contact the studio to arrange your pickup as I have still not received any mail.

   Okay shop, has some good bits, but overall most items overpriced. There are plenty of smaller and better shops to use. Because shop is so big it's hard to find what you need in short period of time. I wasn't impressed with the selection of products.
