    Took a quick visit today, they’ve got a lovely variety of dog treats and dog beds, bits and bobs for other animals too e.g. reptiles, birds, cats and more. It’s a nice little shop, welcoming gentleman serving on the till with great customer service. The one suggestion I’d make, which will be hard because the shop is small, it needs abit of a tidy and more organisation. One section for dog items, one section for cats, another section for reptiles and another section for birds. It’s for the convenience of yourself and the customers. It’ll be easy to go to one section to find what you’re looking for aswell as for stock replenish and checking for yourself. Then you could probably put the pet treatments in the relevant section so it’s not on the shelves behind the till next to the sweets, then you’ll have a shelf for either sweets or your cigarette items e.g. lighters, filter tips etc. I love how you sell abit of everything, it just needs abit of a tidy and some organisation, then it’s easier for yourself and customers. It’s just a suggestion and not criticism, I love the shop as you don’t find many little pet shops anymore, reminds me of the little pet shops you’d have back in the day :) (thank you for the hot chocolate and coffee too, it was delicious!)
