   I would like to give your colleague Ed Thornton from the Market Drayton branch a massive thank you. He spent a considerable time helping me create a memorial plaque, sensitively suggesting appropriate wording, layout and size. He demonstrated clearly the choices of materials and colours so that I could make an informed decision. I could not have been happier with the end result.    I popped in this morning as the battery in my car key had died and needed an urgent replacement. The guy I dealt with was very friendly and approachable and swapped that battery in a matter of seconds for next to nothing. Such a service is rare in this day and age. Five stars from me - highly recommend.

   Took our down duvet to be cleaned here. Chap I spoke to initially on the phone was super helpful, the chap I spoke to in store was equally as helpful, the prices are brilliant as well considering what we've paid in the past for a superking feather/down duvet to be cleaned! Item went in on a Friday morning and was ready by Monday. The items are picked up from here and sent out for cleaning so we were warned they would be a few days, but it arrived back quicker than expected. Will use again for sure!

   Market Drayton Timpsons is the best in Shropshire/ Telford and Wrekin. So obliging, very skilled and in my own case successfully mended shoes that my local Newport store refused to try to mend. In fact the Newport operative stretched and dug out the heel with a screwdriver before saying he couldn't put a new heel on.
