They are always willing to talk you through everything you need, give advise and tips on the best product for your tortoise and will answer any general questions you may have to care properly for your tortoise. 10/10, would recommend for any new or existing tortoise owners to check out their online shop.
Brilliant place. The owner was so knowledgeable, reassuring and helpful. The torties are healthy and happy. Everything is clean. Has housing and everything else the tortoise needs. He even sells a few tortoise friendly plants. It was well worth the 2 hour drive.
We had our horsefield tortoise, pumpkin, and set up from the tortoise den. They are always there for advice when needed both before and aftrr your purchase, would highly recommend if your thinking of getting a tortoise or any tortoise equipment/accessories.
