   always rude customer service , not even hi , hello , nothing , very rude and a lot of attitude The prices at the till in this shop never matches the shelves , very disappointed, it has been happening several times now.

   This business as a brand is shockingly bad if you have a customer service issue and head office support the policy they have of not refunding you for their error's stating you should return items the next day or too, this is the same for querying over charging. The Kettering store is awful with real ignorant managers. Heed the reviews re overcharging and different prices on shelves compared to actual.

   The Poundland found inside Swansgate Shopping Centre, Wellingborough is a nice shop offering budget products. I do feel it's no longer how it used to be when everything is a pound and it's frustrating but the quality of the products have gotten better with the price increases. The staff here are lovely and are constantly busy with refreshing the stock to make it appealing for the customers.

   Always worth a browse for a bargain . Just be aware that it's also got a lot of goods that are not a pound. Good location especially with the free parking at Swangate shopping centre.

   Poundland is on the main hallway from the multistory carpark like the other world of quid shops things are a pound or less but it has some specials on offer costing a bit more. but less then what the larger high street stores charge much of your every day shopping needs can be bought here the Store aisle are a bit tight for getting around when shoppers are stopping to chat -check the goods but gets a 9/10
