Absolutely brilliant, came same day for our boiler in our new house wasnt turning on. Was very honest, efficient and knowledgeable. Shared knowledge and was very reputable. I'd highly recommend Chris and his service. I'll be booking him in yearly for our boiler service. Fixed and did extra bits to get it into working order within an hour and very reasonably priced. He also received 3 other calls during the hour and either picked up or called them back, politely explaining he was with a customer but took the time to get details and say he'd be with them soon. rang for help of chris tonight, emergency and no one else wanted to help. He was there within 10 mins. Fixed all leakes and problems and brilliant price couldn’t have done anymore. ensured me any problems to call back but since coming everything been perfect. couldn’t recommend more. Thanks again
Sent a message late at night as was having problems with gas supply, couldn’t get out to me same night which I knew would be the case as it was very short notice but helped me via text and offered to come in the morning. Thankfully due to the help, I was able to get my supplier to actually send someone out themselves and resolve the issue. Would 100/100 recommend! Very polite, thoughtful and helpful!
Straight forward fixing - no messing around. Phoned up for advice and within 3 hours he added chemicals to fix the sludge in the central heating for an intermittent hot water problem (heat exchange plate) also added me a Magnaclean filter. We were seeing positive results within 2 hours. Now hot water is working again!! We will be bookmarking the name & number for future plumbing / boiler works. Many thanks!!
First class professional service. A gent called Chris came out within an hour on a Sunday for me to fix what turned out to be a smallish problem on my boiler. But for all intents and purposes it might not have ended up being a small thing and yet he still came. I could not thank him enough for coming out when he did and putting my mind at ease. A helpful, accommodating, happy to help professional gentleman. Highly recommended.

I called cause I had no hot water or heating,Mark came asap to look and I needed a new pump which he ordered there and then,but the one I needed wasnt in stock so it would have be ordered to I was surprise how quick it came,mark kept me in contact of when and where he was,so I didnt have wait around for him, a lovely guy,quick and professional,would recommend this company but also recommend Mark.thank you
Very happy with the service provided. Would call them again and recommend. We had our boiler replaced and Mark the gas engineer did a great job. From call out to functioning hot water and heating in 48 hours!
Very efficient guy came well prepared bought all his own dust sheets and treated the place like it was his own. Very neat and tidy worker and very pleasant a credit to his profession/employers. Good all round knowledge and very helpful.
