   We had our bathroom done by Hjz last year and it's been a complete nightmare and waste of money ever since, after they'd finally finished. Due mainly to the incompetence of the lead contractor and his 7 attempts seal the bath and shower all failed each time. We started to notice the multitude of defects and other damage to items, whilst in the process of gathering advice on what to do online. (Which was unanimous of that's appalling and take them to court,) did one of the subcontractors come forward and basically told us that HJZ had ripped us off and cut corners and bodged things, dismissively ignoring the subcontractors concerns about quality and safety. Each time Hjz just told him the customer won't notice and as long as it holds it'll be fine. He also told us that the new lights weren't installed correctly because the cabling wasn't secured, and that cables were damaged during the installation of the floor, we got an electrician in to check the work they'd done and he found a live cable still connected from the old electric shower. After 3 weeks we received an email for the final invoice, which had gone up again, our final bill was now £3000 over our original quote, during the process of gathering evidence I found out that the VAT number on the invoice was invalid, so after all the extra hidden costs and damage he'd basically given himself a 20% tip on top of that. We agreed to have a meeting but it was utterly pointless because it was clear he and his subcontractors were just lying to cover themselves. All parties agreed to have this meeting voice recorded, during which Hjz admits the work isn't up to standard and takes full responsibility. Yet he's still done nothing to rectify any of the issues. We began legal action which was costly and didn't get us very far because he basically denied everything in his response to our solicitors, even his own terms and conditions. He's tried to bully us into silence and have our reviews taken down, he tried to sue us for 13k for defamation, but unfortunately for him this is only possible if we lied so thst didn't work. After I tried to warn people on his social media, he called the police on me for harassment. The police officer was also appalled by the quality of work and reassured me if I go through small claims court we'd win easily. So that's were we're at nearly a year and a half later. Beware of this dishonest cowboy conman!!

   Excellent service and communication throughout. Attended my problem with a leaking shower and gave me a diagnosis of the issue and an accurate quote. Was helpful with advice about what needed doing and gave a very reasonable quote. Job was completed to a very high standard and was also very helpful after the job was completed with a question I had. Good communication all the way through and very happy with the outcome.    Henry was fantastic. Came out at short notice to repair a corroded pipe under my kitchen sink. He was efficient, tidy and friendly. He finished the job quickly and was extremely reasonable with his prices. He saved the piece of pipe he had removed to show me what the issue had been. Thank you Henry, I'll definitely use your services again!

   HJZ Plumbing have just finished a week’s work with us and we couldn’t be happier. They removed our old sunken bath and installed a brand new shower with tiling. Henry was brilliant – polite, professional, and extremely helpful throughout. The whole team were very clean and tidy, and everything was completed to a really high standard.    First class response time in arriving quickly to repair a leak coming from the water tank. He sorted it out very efficiently as it was not a straight forward easy repair. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone. I was that impressed with the work he did I have asked him to fit a complete new shower unit for us.

   We were back from holiday and found the top floor bathroom ceiling was falling down, and it was bank holiday, we called Henry and he picked up the phone and came at 5pm, found the leaking point quickly and replace with a new pipe within 1 hour! Very professional, and he's very kind and even provide some suggestions for ceiling repairing and damp carpet treatment. Highly recommended! - Louis & Angela

   I was pleased with the quote, but thought it too cheap. Henry phoned me and told me he wanted the job and accepted the cost runover risk. He ran over, and asked for 2k more which I paid. It was fair. They had done the work, but he shouldn't have under quoted to get the work. 1. His mate W fitted the sink waste twice, so badly, I had to get another plumber to redo the work. 2. The floor tiles started moving due to the tiler not communicating with Henry or me. Problem was fixed after 2 yrs using a specialist grout, but now colours don't match. 3. Tiler created a slope that leaves water collecting behind the toilet. I pointed this out before it was too late, but was ignored. 4. Henry gave me a digital quote. I didn't do a screen shot and the bill had little to do with the quote. However, I had no option but to pay. So Henry actually owes me a lot of money. Henry didn't project manage at all, didn't check his tiler or fitter's work. Nice people but there it ends.
