We went to Beaverbrooks today to shop for wedding rings. We where attended to by Jackie. She was a delight to have with us to choose our forever rings with. She made the experience one to remember forever. Thanks Jackie you’re a diamond!
Most obnoxiously patronising unprofessional staff at a store I have ever met. I have purchased tens of thousands worth of jewellery in a more seamless way than here! Absolutely over priced crap that I used out of shortness of time due to xmass however lesson learnt! I am specifically speaking about their princess Quay store. No experience with any other.
Excellent customer service!! I recently visited Beaverbrooks and was welcomed by India who was absolutely lovely. In fact, all the other staff ( especially Jamie) were equally as nice. They couldn't do enough for me, were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I was made to feel comfortable and valued as a customer without feeling any pressure to purchase anything. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
Went in here to get a wedding ring cut of the wife's finger had got to tight . A quick painless job done in minutes. Didn't charge at all a nice surprise. Lovely friendly staff May go here for replacement wedding ring
Just been served by the branch rottweiler! From the minute I walked over the threshold, she had me by the jugular! Far too pushy, far too in my face. I wanted to look at the glass cabinet but she insisted on standing right in front of it so I could only partially see the contents. I daid I couldnt see them properly but she wouldnt budge. She kept talking without even taking a breath. Too many questions far too pushy. I couldn't even think straight. I felt so stressed by her I had to leave the store. Bought my bracelet from Pandora instead
I bought a Tissot Seastar watch from the Hull store and Jamie who looked after me was a perfect gentleman. I was on a short time scale and he made my purchase effortless and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this store as I felt completely at ease whilst in there. See you again in the near future for my next watch.
