Brilliant service from start to finish. I placed interest in a Rolex Watch the back end of last year and was kept informed throughout the waiting process, as soon as they had allocation they rang me and booked a visit the following weekend. The service in store was brilliant, made to feel extremely welcome and wasn’t in any way pressured to buy the watch or pushed to make a decision and get me out the door. Decided on a fairly last minute purchase as a marker for a significant event so decided on a Rolex at my local dealer. From start to finish Jonathan and team were brilliant. An outstanding choice of watches across a range of prices. Finally on settling between one of two, I took my time with zero pressure and purchased a GMT Master ii this morning. The watch and service was sublime and I’ll be back for more!!! The knowledge the Hewitt team have on their products is fantastic. I highly recommend this wonderful place.
